It's going to be interesting to see how well the Foster kid can slang it. Newton is already unstoppable for the most part but if you all have a solid QB, it's lights out!

Right, this is a highly anticipated game (at least on paper) and I'm hoping it lives up to the hype!

LOL even if Newton had a D99 QB, it won't matter come Friday night. I just don't see WV having a chance on either side of the ball.

Agree and I'm afraid it's going to be by a lot. Even if WV played a penalty free game scoring at will, it won't be enough. Newton is too talented and physical (even with a few penalties or turnovers) to lose this game. WV should try to execute at a high clip, reevaluate what they can get better at after this matchup, and stay focused on the games to come.

Praying that no players are injured etc, but that's the only way WV will have a chance if the stud RB for Newton goes down with an injury. Again, I hope and pray this is a clean fought game with no injuries on either side!

Will be extremely tough for WV's O-Line to protect Babin in the pocket against Newton's front, edge rushers, and LBs in my opinion. Highly doubt that WV's D will be able to withstand Newton's running game and their occasional play action passes. It shouldn't get ugly but I definitely wouldn't be surprised if this game gets out of hand in favor of the purple eagles!

I'm crowning Hardin the district champs and it won't be close. If I'm wrong, I'll take my crow with a side of toast and eggs, but I highly doubt anyone in the district can beat them!

Newton will be Newton regardless and other teams know it and have known it for decades now. Not a Newton apologist but they line up and tell their opponents to stop us. When you have dogs like they typically have, who cares what plays they're running.. You're not going to "Out Dog" them!

Were you the main star in the smurfs movie? Or maybe it was the trolls series...Yep, definitely the trolls. I believe there's a scene in the movie that has your character acting so passive aggressive that it makes the movie goers sick to their stomach. Would you be kind enough to give the movie goers some pepto bismol or tums?

lol I can only imagine how hard it is to look at. It's absolutely gut wrenching to listen to on the live stream. Maybe the defensive coordinator needs to throw all assignments out the window, tell them to line up, see kid with ball and tackle kid with ball. Stop overthinking it!

Makes sense. No clue what the defense is doing. It's appears as if they don't practice at all during the week leading up to the game. It seems like one of the worst defenses that WV has had in quite a long time. It's baffling. Newton will easily put up 80 on them playing like this and that's with a running clock!

lol not sure who thought that. WV could have scored 100. With that being said, their defense appears to be abysmal.
