As mentioned there are adventists in the military. I see them at church. Adventist soldiers served in Iraq & Afgahnistan. Some were combatants some served as medics and as chaplains. Senate chaplain Barry Black is sda. Before he got the senate chaplain job he served as chaplain in the US navy for 20 years. He rose to the level of rear admiral. Some adventists are liberal, some are conservative. Houston congresswoman Sheila jackson Lee is adventist. Ben Carson is adventist and is a member of trump's cabinet. there was a well known senator from Arizona Republican Stump Mitchell. He was adventist. There are adventist police officers. How they manage their schedule I don't know, but they do.

I served in the military. Right now there are SDA (seventh day adventists) in every military branch. Some follow the lead of desmond doss and are non combatents, some bare arms.

Who knows if they are growing now, I am sure isis will grow. Unless america performs some sort of genocide, & anything is possible these days, they will grow.

Silsbee vs Yates, probably in Huntsville. If the Tigers make it to SA it could be Silsbee, D Lincoln, Brazosport and some other team I am not aware of.

My belief system is based on present truth as taught by the denomination I belong to. I am a seventh day adventist christian. My world view is based on my beliefs. I don't think the world as we know it is going to be around much longer. Maybe no more than 40 years. All these numerous groups and factions will eventually narrow down and coalesce in to four groups: the wicked living, the wicked dead. The righteous living and the righteous dead. That's it.

If you'd noticed, the folks rounded up were suspected of being ISIS members. That is paranoid. ISIS has successfully recruited Westerners, ie people that look & act like you and me. I don't think you can stereotype any one group of people as being terrorist prone. Americans are quite capable of terrorism, as I've already shown. Instead of eradicating isis trump has mostly likely made it grow.

Lemme see: the refugees didn't bomb the federal building in OKC. They didn't fly planes into the twin towers. That was mostly Saudis. They didn't bomb the black business section of Tulsa, OK in 1929. They didn't lynch 237 black share croppers in Arkansas in 1919. The weren't responsible for the bowling green massacre. Oh wait that's an alternative fact, lol. They didn't give blankets infested with small pox to the native americans. They didn't shoot up the school in littleton Colorado, and numerous other similar incidents. So, why are we referring to the refugees as killers?

If this was back in the era depicted in "hoosiers" when all teams played one another, no matter the size of enrollment, I don't think Silsbee would go far. The movie wouldn't of been made. I saw the Tigers vs 6A Hightower. They missed a lot of easy lay ups, they missed dunks, they turned the ball over too much and they lost. Hightower is not even ranked. That tells me this Silsbee team would not be a top five 6A team. Meanwhile 4A # 3 brazosport has beaten Hightower twice. I don't know exactly what that means other than don't take b'port lightly if you get to play them in the State tournament. Back in 2009/2010 Yates was in 4A, which is 5A now. They went 30-0. They played the top teams all over the country. The fact that they would win the 4A state championship was a foregone conclusion. They were the # 1 team in the nation that season. There wasn't a 5A (now 6A) texas team that could handle Yates. That was a transendent team, the type of team you see maybe once in a lifetime. So, a smaller team competing, really competing against larger schools has been done before. Silsbee could catch a 6A team napping here or there. I don't think they would go far in the 6A playoffs though.

I hate to harp on the same things, but If the current Silsbee team were better at creating their own shot, off the dribble and if they shot free throws better and cut down on turn overs, they could possibly compete against any 6A team. This team is talented but it doesn't do all the things mentioned, not consistently. If they were 6A they would run into teams with 6'9" posts, or taller, and guards who are going D-1, and long and tall forwards that can run and rebound. This is all fantasy though. Just win 4A. I'm good with that.

Silsbee could make noise in the playoffs if they were 5A. However 6A basketball is very strong at the top. I don't think Silsbee could hang in 6A on a consistant basis.

If you listen closely enough they will tell you that they plan to rule the world. They want to rule the world now, because they once ruled it before. There is nothing new under the sun.

The real boogie man is not the Left or Obama. It is none other than The Pope, and the jesuits who work for him and set him up. All this left/right jibber jabber is there to keep you occupied while they set up a new world order.

My mom was a school teacher. My step dad, who married my mom when I was 5 or 6, was a santa fe railroad brakeman. We weren't rich, but far from poor. Didn't have to beg some bigoted buffoon like you for jack.

Abortion is just a political football. Conservatives are so self righteous about it because folks on the left are for it. Same with the wall. Trump & his followers are so anti immigration. but, trump used illegals to build his towers. Stop legal abortions and there will be just as many performed illegally.

Conservatives are not pro life, they are pro contraception. Once the baby is born they could care less about the life of the child or the mother.

It was prophesied, in the bible that the USA would have a prominent role in end time events. This prophecy was fore told centuries, before this country existed. Rightly understood it is an astoundingly accurate account of world history. Prophecy is just history in advance. Of the two prophecy is more accurate. Man can manipulate history and current events. God's prophecies can not be manipulated. They can be inaccurately interpreted, but they cannot be altered. I am no expert on this topic. I've been exposed to it most of my life. I know for a fact that it is the most accurate, and relevant body of knowledge mankind has ever known, or will know. It is much bigger than conservative vs liberal. The true God is so all encompassing that he is both conservative & liberal, in ways that are beyond man's definition of those terms. In many respects Obama, Hillary & Trump are on the same page.

What does the size of a crowd have to do with policy? Good question. That didn't stop thin skinned Trump from turning it into a major issue.

14 of the perpetrators of the 9/11 attack were from Saudi Arabia, but that country was not banned by Trumps recent executive order, because he has business ties to Saudi Arabia. Yeah, the swamp is drained alright.

He lied about the size of the crowd at his inauguration, he lied about the birth certificate, He just lied about his order to ban refugees and travelers is working out nicely. Meanwhile major airports around the country and around the world are shut down. He's a fraud. But...I don't expect any of you here to see it.

Trump lies constantly. He is delusional and so are many of his followers.

People on the right, only see and hear what they want to see and hear. There is plenty of stupidity in the form of comments being generated by Trump and his followers, but you choose to ignore that. Instead you search for something from the 'other side' to stew over. The whole presidential campaign was like that, on both sides.
