  1. I am not bitter or angry about that part of my life. Looking back it was interesting and adventurous. Interesting story. One of the biggest N droppers on the ship was this big muscular samoan named Johnny Anjan. He would get right in your face and call you an F'(&ing N. Nothing you could do, but take it or grab something and way lay him with it. Who knows if the outcome of that under military law would be in my favor or not. The guy was so muscular that if would take 4 or 5 guys to get him off of you and by that time it would probably be too late. The irony of it all was Johnny Anjan looked and was of african ancestry himself. I pity the fool that would remind him of that. That's probably why he was so bigoted. Many of those South pacific people have african ancestry, but I'm sure they don't claim it. But I am not really trying to unwrap that. I heard stories of Johnny Anjan going into a bar up in the Pacific NW, where all this was taking place. He had this very white gf whom he lived with and he and her would sometimes go out drinking. Sooner or later some drunk would drop an N on Johnny and he would turn into the incredible Hulk and wipe the bar out. I wonder what happened to Johnny. Those were the days.
  2. "Cowboys don't cry, and heroes don't dieGood always wins, again and again" Now that's a country song right there, Alan Jackson "here in the real world" Don't take my word for it:
  3. When I was in the coast guard on this one ship I was stationed on, for six months or so I was the only black guy onboard. The Ns were flying out of their mouths too. I ignored it. I didn't have a choice not to.
  4. There’s always an outlier.
  5. The difference: at thanksgiving Black people like sweet potato pie; Caucasians like pumpkin pie. That’s it.
  6. Perhaps, but people here only talk in generalities.
  7. " We don't smoke marijuana in Moskogee"... " we went down, down, down, in a ring of fire..." If you grew up in Silsbee, as I did, You heard your share of country music.
  8. Some of that was passed down as historical knowledge.
  9. Whew! 400 years of observation. I know a thing or two about white culture.
  10. The Jesuits are the ones in control. The jews are just a front group.
  11. Oh well. Dang!
  12. I'm working.
  13. It could be the latter. I haven't interviewed them about it. I just know they're gone. No big deal. This forum is not that important!
  14. go to archives and look around.
  15. Not too many non whites here. You ran them off.
  16. " All my exes live in Texas...", I am diverse.
  17. Jimi Hendrix, Led Zeppelin. The rest I'll listen to if it goes in my ear.
  18. folks here guess about black culture. I live it and know it.
  19. You know about country music. I know about black culture. Besides, reading is fundamental.
  20. If you prefer a more indirect approach, Houston NOI leader minister Robert Mohammad has a weekly radio program called connect the dots on KFPT. I don't know when it airs. I seldom listen to it. I am sure they take call in guests.
  21. I don't really care what you idle timers see or think, especially you. Farrakhan is no more or no less a demagogue than is Trump. 45 rode what he does all the way to the white house. Obviously somebody likes what he says and does. Similarly there are people in this country who like and support Farrakhan. Personally I don't pay attention to him. How many times do I have to say that? Farrakhan is african american, and so am I. that's about all we have in common. Everyone on this board is from SE Texas i assume. You're not that far from Houston Tx. The NOI, which is Farrakhan's organization, has members and meeting places in this city. Don't do anything stupid. Why don't you arrange to meet with his people. You can discuss with them your likes and dislikes about the man. Copying and pasting what he has said and done here on this msg board doesn't do any good.
  22. If it is you calling me a hypocrite I am not worried. God knows my heart and he also knows yours.
  23. Ok, so they have african americans that support Trump. There are relatively few of them, but they have the right to choose to support him if they want to. That doesn't persuade me one way or another. There have always been african americans on the other side of the ledger. When america fought the british some sided with the british. During the civil war some sided with the South. when Jesus comes back some will be among the slain that stay here with the devil, and on and on. Nothing new here, and really nothing new to see.
  24. Your rejection of Jesus is reflected by the sin you commit. A person cannot willfully sin and have a saving relation with the Lord. For example, a bank robber comes to Christ, and repents. He or she cannot continue to rob banks and still have a saving relationship with the Lord. It doesn't work like that.
  25. Counting such a percentage is a waste of time. I could die prematurely as a result of bad health choices, or I could go to the local convenience store and get shot in a black on black crime,
