I would respect every opponent, especially in the playoffs. If/when you find yourself in Huntsville so be it. I may or may not show up at tonight's game. I am debating. I got the time off & everything else. I just don't relish driving back to Houston in the middle of the night. I watch 3 to 5 Silsbee b ball games a year, but they are usually in and around Houston. The last Silsbee home game I attended was on the other side of the highway at the old high school.

Agreed. Silsbee fans & coach Sigler know all about sadness & heart ache from losing in the playoffs. I am sure coach Sig tells his team about that loss in the first round of the playoffs. As for what fans say, this is a msg board. Fans jump on here and say anything. As long as those are not the thoughts and attitude of the actual players on the team it doesn't matter.

The NFL puts up with a team being named the Washington Redskins. So, what goes around comes back around.

For Silsbee: get through district with no hiccups. Region III won't be easy. Got to respect the teams and the process. Yates is Yates, as always. As for Center if they take that # 1 ranking into the region II playoffs and still get to SA, then I will definitely start paying attention to them.
