    I started using Kountzer. I couldn't think of anything catchy using Silsbee. So Kountzer kind of stuck.

    I was in Silsbee last Sunday. Love my hometown. You have to be in town on a daily basis to know the local hearsay. Here lately I visit every year or every other year. I kinda wish I could move back, but that ain't happening.

    Last year Silsbee beat a top 2 5A team, but that was last year. That doesn't mean they were a top 5 5A team last year. They are definitely not this year, not in 5A. I think Houston schools, talking about HISD, drop to lower classifications because attendance is down. Everybody is moving to Cypress & Fort Bend & beyond. Meanwhile the yuppies and some buppies are moving in and gentrifying all the old neighborhoods. For the record I live in Houston & I've been here longer than I care to admit. Even when I was growing up in Silsbee, Houston was a 2nd home.

    Religion and politics are merging. The separation of church and state is basically gone. And once those two fully come together the us constitution will be taken out and thrown in the trash.

    I first read the book The National Sunday Law maybe twenty five years ago. I believed it then. I believe it even more now.

    Yes I believe it. I've been studying and observing this issue a good part of my life.

    I was born in the 50s. I've heard a lot of people tell me about the Sunday laws then. Promoting the seventh day sabbath as the true day of rest and worship is not just a Seventh Day Adventist rally point. The seventh day as a day of rest and worship goes all the way back to the first week of creation. It is an institution created and established by God Himself.

    Sunday laws go back as far as Constantine. They are as recent as laws being enacted in Poland right now. There are about eight EU countries with Sunday laws, Germany being the most prominent. Sunday is called a national day of rest in Germany. It is called the same here. Recently a state senator from Arizona advocated for enforced Sunday worship. News articles in ed op sections of news papers around the country advocate for a national sunday law. One such article appeared in Pittsburgh around Christmas 2016. The influential Harvard Law Review very recently wrote an article lauding and commending Poland for their Sunday law legislation. The person whom many consider 'the de facto president of the world', the Pope, is probably the biggest advocate for Sunday laws. In just about every speech he makes, every encyclical he puts out he has some proviso about how Sunday worship is the answer for societal problems. I can and will provide links to back up the things I am saying.

    This is not a conspiracy theory. It can be found in history. It can be found in recent current news. It can be found in the bible.

    Tx Hoops? the name speaks for itself. I respect what Hoops has to say about high school hoops and college sports, etc. But what he has to say about the bible and bible prophecy? Not so much.

    Hmm. I never claimed to know exactly when the end would come, or when the Lord will return. Read Matthew 24 in context. The whole chapter is Jesus giving signs of the times. He talks about the condition of the world when the end comes. You can take statements from Matt 24 and compare to today's headlines and they look eerily the same. He put the same type warnings in Luke 21, and in Mark 13. It is not about predicting an exact date it is about discerning the signs of the times. IMO the signs suggest that the world is closer to ending than many people realize.
