The thing is God created the whole universe. All the other planets are obedient to him. The only planet in rebellion is this planet, earth. Beings on those other plants are living in peace and tranquility. Why would they want to goof around here on this ball of confusion?

One of the adversaries objectives is to cause men to doubt the power of God. He wants you to doubt that God even exists. So he puts up all sorts of secular humanistic science fiction in movies in books to cause men to doubt. To augment this doubt he causes UFOs to appear here and there. Some one wrote a book about this. The author came from a background that was both scientific and spiritual, meaning christian. Reference bible texts: Eph 2:2. 2nd this 2: 9.

The next Silsbee game I'll probably get to see will be early in the playoffs. I am still monitoring what's going on as best I can. A lot of my focus has been on the Houston Rockets. I know, apples & oranges, but still basketball.

Northshore won state not that long ago. When you have a big school like that, with maybe 3,500 students or more and a good coach things can turn positive quickly. They probably have 3 or 4 feeder middle schools. Each one of those middle schools has a basketball program. The chances of a couple of 6'7"s, and some 6'3"s, & 6'4"s, and some good guards flowing through there on a somewhat regular basis is pretty good, a lot better than at SHS. Same at Yates. It's just a matter of a coach setting his net just right and catching some of that talent before Lamar, Bellaire, the private schools and the new academies lure them away.

A lot of good teams are at a height disadvantage. The first thing they are going to do is attack that team's guard play.

Even if Center wins on the 19th, come playoff time they will have a very hard time getting past the region 2 finals.
