I also believe 17-5A had a big talent drop off from last year which is very obvious. Nederland only lost to Crosby in 3rd round then Crosby ended up losing to BU in a later round. This years district is the least amount of talent I’ve seen in a while .

BH won first round as well last year if I believe, last years district was the real deal.

Last years team had BU and a stacked Crosby team, finished 3rd and went 3 rounds until losing to an amazing Crosby team again. If they had this district right now they finish first just like PA. And of course they will struggle this year with no varsity experience , but next year I expect them to be a lot better.
