You upset cuz you picked BC to win by 21 points? And they're the "better team"? lol -

Boy y’all are some sore losers. Get over it. Lol -
Agreed, passing needs to get better. #22 is running the ball well, and #25 is the hardest runner on the team, but doesn’t get many carries.

His dad is a friend of mine, and I don't think he's on here.

If we can't conjure up any more offense than this past Friday, it's going to be a long night.

🙄 You should at least learn how to spell his name correctly, Peevey. Did BillyJohn say anything that isn't the truth? You've said the exact same thing numerous times. Have you not? -

Bad ankle so held him out a week. Should be good to go for Liberty, although I’m really liking them back running north and south with #22! -
Was able to get the video of LCM kids doing this in the handshake line vs Vidor. Heard a member of the school board and superintendent have been made aware, however nothing has happened to Peevey's trio as usual. RPReplay_.3gp

Wow. Interesting take on that. It's not the post that's the problem, it's the utter disrespect to the other team, the other coaches, and to the LCM teammates. So you're ok with disrespecting the opposing players in the hand shake line after a hard fought game? Maybe they'll work up something special for the last game of the year. I'm sure it'll be fine though, just don't watch it. -

Apparently there's a Tiktok thing where players "belt to a$$" or act like they're whipping somebody with their towels. #0, 7, and 1 were doing it in the handshake line and somebody was videoing it to post on Tiktok. Some Vidor players took offense to it and there were words exchanged, rightfully so. Completely unacceptable and classless by these players, but doubt Peevey will do anything about it. -

The All District RB(#22)from last year isn’t even the starter anymore. “Spreading the love” is the reasoning. Although the kid that replaced him(#7) had a banger of a game last week, agreed they need to get back to power running when the East/west isn’t getting it done. -

Sitting here watching Gameday and Saban just made a statement about picking/playing the right QB. “Everybody on that team knows who should be playing QB, and as a coach if you don’t have that pulse and pick the right guy to do it, you’re in trouble”. Watching LCM’s offense struggle last night, especially in the passing game, seems to me they’re in trouble. -
Wrong on all comments you've made. My son is a team player who wants WINS and will contribute the best way he is needed. I don't bitch about the coach with him, I bitch about the coach here. And I want the QB who will provide the best opportunity to WIN. That's it. And I really don't care what your opinion is, I support these boys 100%, but will call out issues with the coaching when it's detrimental to the team. You know what they say about assumptions, and you're doing a lot of that.

Who said anything about firing Peevey? Nobody. It's obvious and proven he has what it takes to win, but like I've said numerous times, he's not coaching the same as the '21 season. The kids have the talent, but killed themselves those first two games. Lack of discipline being one major contributing factor, and who does that fall on? Peevey or the kids? All coaches work 80+ hours a week DURING FOOTBALL season, and that's why he is compensated so well. Don't talk smack on the kids, they're all fully bought in and believe they can win district this year. They should be 2-0 honestly. But when things go sideways, the coach and his decisions are in the spotlight, and I've stated my opinion of "why" plenty of times.
-
I have been bitchin about the QB situation since before the season, but my son isn’t the one competing for the job. My son is catching the passes from the QB’s which is why I know who is the better passer. At least when they are thrown to him. And yeah, I was on the Peevey bandwagon when my other son was on the ‘21 team which is why I can say there is a HUGE difference between ‘21 Peevey and now Peevey. Seeing it first hand. So unless you have something more to contribute then hearsay, I’d butt out.
-
I promise you they'd be disciplined, hard working, and all treated the same no matter if they are starters or bench warmers.
-
I heard that as well. And for that prominent starter was his first time to be disciplined for 3 personal foul penalties over 2 scrimmages and 2 games. Too little too late...? Why so long...?
-
Nobody is crying chief. Breaux wasn't a disciplinarian, he was a donkey who talked down to, ridiculed, and belittled his players instead of coaching them. That's not coaching tough, there's a huge difference. I have no problem with discipline and tough coaching, but it should be for all players on the team, not just some regardless of what anybody thinks, especially you. And if you'd read what I've been saying you'd understand that my problem is with exactly that, only coaching some tough and NOT holding all accountable, so get out of here with your BS. Peevey is in a losing battle because he has created an atmosphere where some can do whatever they want, and the rest are sick of it. There was a debate on here on who the better coach was between Wagoneer and Peevey. I bet you money that Wagoneer doesn't have that problem with his team. Anybody care to chime in on that?
-
So in your opinion it's ok to have different rules for different players? It's ok to show up late for meetings for some, but other get in trouble? Some get disciplined for mistakes while others go scott free again and again? They want a leader who treats them all the same, set expectations and stick to your guns and hold EVERYBODY accountable.
-
I'd say the MAJORITY. Specifically a lot of seniors.
-
From what I hear, morale is in the crapper right now. This is a lot of upheaval from the ranks on certain issues, so much so that the seniors are calling a players only meeting to discuss and going to Peevey. They've had enough of the favoritism, threats of benching all district players for questioning why coaches are doing things, starting juniors over all district players(RB), the QB situation, and different rules for different players. Why it's ok for certain players to show up to meetings/workouts late, players not getting punished for personal/unsportsmanlike fouls(OF/Silsbee) while others are, and Peevey going on a 5 minute screaming tirade during halftime last week saying "yall are embarrassing me in front of all these fans". He's losing the locker room.
-
Unfortunately I think the Bears drop this one too. There's a lot of negative things going on in LCM right now.
