  1. Even if Randle didn’t have all four grades, I don’t see how they could masquerade down as a lower classification. The UIL applies a multiplication factor to the submitted enrollment counts for schools with less than four grades to prevent this.
  2. Brian Randle seems like a pretty positive and humble guy compared to SOC’s coach. May the best man win.
  3. I take it that the ISDs are responsible for determining whether the move was due to athletic purposes or for other valid reasons?
  4. I agree. I was only correcting what Izzy said.
  5. PNG’s OC and O line coaches from last year left. I’m not saying PNG would have won with them this year but pointing out that the staffs are not exactly the same.
  6. Hopefully Randle can take out SOC if it comes down to those two.
  7. Two more I just saw: PNG’s Mason Wuenschel, LB - Lamar Lake Creek’s Eli Morcos, QB - A&M
  8. Here’s all I could find for 5A-2 district 8 that signed (excluding commits). Is anyone missing? PNG Jackson Christian, OL - TU Nederland Ellis Walker, LB - Navy Lake Creek Tyraun Pier, DB - SFA Tyvonn Byars, RB - Rice
  9. We expect nothing less from a certified moron *. *this was a joke in reference to the SOC vs PNG thread
  10. It was on honest question not meant to criticize. It’s moot now that they found a stadium though.
  11. I’m somewhat new here. Who are you?
  12. I wonder why it’s taking so long for them to agree and/or find an open stadium. I’ve seen plenty of other games already announced for next week.
  13. Richmond Randle might have something to say about that, but we’ll see how they do against Brenham tomorrow first.
  14. Did Texas High’s band not show up or did I miss them? I’m watching the NDN press feed.
  15. SE Texas isn't exactly known as the pinnacle of grammar excellence either (myself included). hoping for clean game from both sides.
  16. “facing Port Neches-Grove”
  17. Yeah the district alignment is another separate issue, but I can understand the challenge in trying to make even districts with new schools and population changes across the state. All of district 8 should have been in region 3, and the Waco district 10 should have been in region 2.
  18. That’s too bad. Now PNG is all that’s left in the district. Let’s see if they can survive next week.

  20. It didn’t impact Dayton because they didn’t make the playoffs. Ned was definitely screwed though having to drive up to Texarkana. And we’ll see how well Huntsville does today against SOC.
