Talked to some of the coaches today and they said that he (BEARD)will not play tonight. He's going through rehab and will play next week against nederland. They already had him fitted for a knee brace and the DR. said he could play due to where his injury is. Hopefully he will be OK. They also said that if it hadn't been for him being so strong and conditioned he would've been hurt more worse.

Does anybody no about his injury. Been hearing he has a torn ACL

Shouldn't be even close. I believe Lumberton gets up big in the first half and then play everybody they have in the second half. They need to rest Hannah,Beard, and Howden for sure. They've been beat up for some games now.Hopefully the coaches will work hard on the passing game we really need it for the remainder of the season and the playoffs!

If you keep your guy in front of you they wont ever call holding thats what our boys did keep them in front of them. Now your #51 should have had a minimum of 10 holding penalty's on him alone. All he could do was hold our #24 jersey on the back side and pull him down. That was a great game on both sides of the ball. With that said and I know i'm not the only one who noticed but.......That was the most HOME SIDED REFS i have ever seen.Not only did our boys have to beat a good PN-G team they also had to beat THERE REFS. I'm not going to dwell on it we came out on top but they did everything they possibly could do give the game to them. PLEASE SOMEONE TELL ME THEY SAW THE SAME GAME!!!!

Now that I've seen him play I really can't see where he's the best defensive player in the country as you make it seem. never said he was the best and when did you see him play?? Saw him play Lumberton and must say he wasn't all you make him out to be. I'd call him average but that's about it. I have to agree with BUC the kid did not impress me at ALL. ALL HYPE
