One question....   Bases Loaded, 1 out, infield fly situation, batter pops up foul towards the 1st base dugout, Nothing is ever said by the umpire, ball is blown back fair by a very strong wind and lands just inside fair territory, ball was not caught due to the wind...runners take off and runner is tagged at home....double play....   I understand that the runner took off at his own risk, but is it part of the umpire's mechanics to declare "infield fly, the batter is out"  or is the signal for infield fly the only real mechanic needed?

Who takes it.... Cleveland by 30... Cleveland is super athletic and becoming a disciplined football team... Liberty is athletic, but lack on the discipline side when it comes to penalties and holding on to the football...IMO if Liberty gets down early it is over and the score will just pile up until Tullos calls off the dawgs...

Huffman has alot to prove this year dropping back into 3A as one of the biggest in the state. They are going to have their hands full and IMO they are going to drop another game to the Wildcats from Splendora. 28-14 Splendora...

The cougars will crush the young team from Goose Creek....Not a slam, but the truth..just have to remember they are YOUNG....Does anyone know if the Goose Creek Memorial school pulled mostly from Sterling, Lee, or the Highlands area....Or was it a combonation?

This may not be a very strong district this year, but for the most part it will be one of the most competitive districts in the state with everyone having a chance to make the playoffs....REMEMBER "FOR THE MOST PART"

It is good for the area, maybe not the other teams in the district, butit is good to see progress over at North Forest.....They were horrible as Seperate schools, but had amazing athletes on the field and even more in the hallways....There are not to many programs that will produce 5-9 D-1 players and go 1 and 9 or 2 and 8 for the year. I don't know him personally, but I have been told the current coach over their is doing a good job of getting the athletes to play together, and it seems to be paying off...

Nevermind, we all actually enjoy reading post where people actually have their own opinion....good job you guys and stick to your guns....keep it coming!

Cleveland wins big! I know this is an opinion board, but all who pick liberty in this game needs to re-think their knowledge of the game! Cleveland by a bunch, and if they learn to kick extra points it will be more!

How will they do in that soft 5A district.....sarcasm!
