1. Shepherd 4 Coldspring 5 Top of 5th Shepherd leaving a lot of points on the bases.
 2. Maybe the winning team could work on like pitches that are inside, outside, high, low, etc.. You know kinda like how the farm league teams in the bigs do? only swing at certain pitches and practice on those?? would be less obvious than say bunting everytime.
 3.
Hardin.       7 Shepherd.  1
I heard the game only went 2 innings, how could you have a final score after 2 innings?
 4.
Yep, B.C.'s new pressbox has a restroom, video deck up top, and an elevator.  But Silsbee still has that fried chicken!! ;)
And B.C has the mosquitos(sp)!!!
 5. He didn't get tackled once before like 6 minutes until after he scored a TD.  :D
 6.
Go look at the stats from the game Gilbert had over a 160yards rushing that game & I want say that they were better then us but I will say they were well coached dats it!! Not better!! They didn't shut Gilbert down no team this year has been able to do that this season!!! Trigger are whatever name you call yourself, dude you don't no football!! O yea & change your name by the way tigger!!!
Sherman Gilbert Ca  Yds avg TD's 14  61 4.36  0 :o vs Huffman 12  91 7.58  2  vs Columbus 15  103 6.87  1 vs Shepherd I wouldn't call Sherman in these games "unstoppable" He's good, but lets not get ahead of ourselves. Cummings was the better back IMO.
 7. No more speculation needed now, they should be out and about pretty soon right? Congrats to all the team for representing 22-3a and especially Coldspring for their trip to State and dismissing the silly rumor that 22-3a is a weak district.  8) 8) Tough loss, but you guys were one of the two teams playing in it and that in itself is a great achievement.  ;)
 8. article about the wimberly simulating the cadence in the semifinal game... Accused of Simulating Cadence :D ;D ;D :D ;D ;) :D ;D :D ;) :) >:( :( :o ??? :P Haha you guys are to serious! Sorry, Im in a funny mood.  :-[

They are hungry..never made it this far in the playoffs and deserve a shot at the state title. GO Coldspring!! The whole 22-3A district is rooting for you!
You sure?  I thought they had made it this far back in the 90's.  WOS87???
You're correct they did....I believe 92 & 96....Lost to Southlake Carroll in finals....
There's a video about Coldspring's trip to the finals in 92 on Youtube.  :D
 11. Reed will probably get the Defensive MVP just for the fact he's going to UT. I don't think that's how it should work, but sometimes it works out like that. He is good enough to be the MVP, but probably not by a landslide like I think he will be.

Even rusty, he adds a lot into the equation.
He's either an all time great or someone hasn't seen alot of top level high school running backs...I'm leaning towards the latter...Not saying he's not a difference maker but the best you've ever seen?  That's saying alot.....
Apparently he's good enough for A&M. ]
Ford from Kirbyville also supposedly has a offer from A&M....I'm sure he's a good back but Coldsprings backs don't take a backseat to any back in 3A in terms of production and impact on a game...
That wasn't what I was saying; I never said anything about him being better than the Coldspring backs. I believe Coldspring has a stable of good runners. I’m just saying ya'll were doubting the ability of the kid and apparently he is a good enough running back to gain the attention of some of the top college programs in the nation. At 6’1” 215lbs and with above average speed and agility (so they say) you can’t fault the schools for wanting him. His talent should improve Wimberley’s chances of winning the game against Coldspring. Although I still think Coldspring takes it, a team that has got to the semi finals of the play-offs without their star player and now the said star come back healthy? That COULD spell trouble for Coldspring.

 15.
who are the announcers rooting for? i cant tell...  :-\
Gator Chomp That!  :D
 16.
Huffman had a scoop and score with two min left. But the runner was called down but yet the runner fell down without the ball, hate too see that happen to a team.
Shepherd know's the feeling.  ;) the shepherd huffman game last year they let huffman retain the ball after it had been stripped a couple times in the game. Its tough but sadly there's nothing we can do :( good game by both teams
