Watching LIVE hockey is soooo diferent from watching it on TV. Kids of all ages can understand and enjoy the fast-paced action of a hockey game. Curently the Wildcatters are 10-2-2-0, which puts them tied for second place in the ECHL South Division, with Kevin Baker (F) in the league lead for points, as well as Matt Yeats (G) in the league lead for nine games won for the Wildcatters. Southeast Texas has been given the opportunity to claim yet another professional sports team, which plays in a wonderful facility, and finally, the have a WINNING RECORD!! For the home opener, the FO reported attendance at 4,050. They announced at the game that it was 3,075. SMG won't say what number they had. Friday night was 1,35, and last night was 2,306. I didn't expect too much of a crowd, since this was the last game of regular season football, and opening weeked of deer season. Also, last night was the home opener for LU men's basketball. OF COURSE, YOU WOULD HAVE THOUGHT THE WHOLE ARENA WAS SOLD OUT BY LOOKING AT THE CARS IN THE PARKING LOT!!! FO, take note: there were only 2 or 3 cars in the suite parking area (I'm being mildly sarcastic here), and having a VIP pass for STH did me NO good, as I had to park farther out than I have ever had to do, even as the general public. I really do believe though, that as the Boys continue to win, our attendance numbers will improve.

Didn't the announcer mention something about Mosley being only 2 yards shy of a career record or something? (Don't bash me, I'm asking to clarify-I didn't hear all of what was said). IF that was the case, they should have put him back in...we could have EASILY given him the 2 yards...heck, prolly 3... Any case...Great Job Mosley! Congratulations Nederland!

Oops! I haven't actually looked at it in quite a while :oops: But, I do know that Dan has been working to get things moving. If people will bombard him with calls, he might at least be able to answer some questions :!: :?: I know he was also working on getting a new webmaster/site. Should be up sometime soon, I hope. CAN YOU REPEAT THAT ... IN ENGLISH? I've said it after every "Lumberton-I told you so" thread: I am still just as proud of our boys on our team now as I was at the beginning of the season. The team as a whole can't help what some individuals (players or fans) say here. Our boys have practiced hard and played hard. Maybe not hard enough at the right times' date=' but that doesn't (or shouldn't) take away what they HAVE accomplished this year. [b']This year, our team: has the support of the COACH (what a concept) has the support of the community have actually won a few games have a renewed sense of school spirit (I haven't seen this much spirit in Lumberton since I moved here 16 years ago.) Bash if you must, but our boys have NO reason to hang their heads! These are all great accomplishments, considering where we've come from!

Hope to see you all at the tailgater on Saturday!! HF & Cookie, I can't say I'll bring something, because I don't know what time we'll be there. We probably will have eaten before we get there, though. We're headed out the door now for Pensacola!!!!! Gotta let My Boys know that Dr. Mom has their backs!! :wink: Watch for us on the B2 feed!
