Agree he's to talented to be one dimensional have to utilized those skills make the other team pay- heck I would even wildcat him!

Having #2 for your RB is going to make any QB you choose better he has the ability to wear out the opposing defense and keep them from keying on your QB and receivers. Crosby has the potential to have a very dynamic offense -

Was some what impressed with our young QB he has the ability and potential to be really good this year ! also Daytons #1 who played RB and any position that required his skills is a baller - loved his last TD right up the middle braking tackles and blitzing to end zone. Dayton finally has a good coach since the Jerry Stewart era - I think we get considerably better as the season go's on. Crosby has all the right pieces when they start to gel they will dangerous for sure.

Poor guy obviously your not very bright and not a very good instigator-

Dayton's defense was my main concern sounds like their finally being coached up . I'm not worried about our offense any decent coach never shows his hand in a scrimmage. Our sophomore QB from last yr (who will play multiple positions this season while Coach P's son little Jerry will take over as OB) Last year he was 75% of the offense and he'll be better this year to compliment the rest of the offense as well as playing DB. It wouldn't surprise me if Crosby wins but I think it be more competitive than you think.

Good analogy and insight always appreciate your football knowledge and perspective on the HS scene. Both coaches will have both teams pumped up as well as the crowd . With the renewal of a once intense rivalry this should be a hell of a fun game to witness!

Sounds like a mirror of Dayton! With a D1 Wr that will play DB and QB if needed.

I wonder if anyone has a scouting report on the Broncos- since I've retired I'm kind of out of the loop .( I know 14.2 probably has the skinny on Dayton) What I do know we have a few bonified studs on the roster and finally a real coach . I think playing the Cougs ( who for the most part are usually loaded with talent) will be a good indicator to see if the Broncos will return to be a legitimate contender again.

Don't know this Geoff McCracken hopefully he's a temp AD - really doesn't matter though if its HC/AD or Assistant AD/HC as long as the money is good! -if little Jerry's dad is happy, I'm happy! Go Broncos ----

Hancock had zero people skills always running his players in the ground getting into it with the players parents as well as the fans ! very negative and verbal abusive guy. He won a lot of games because Stewart was in the back ground babysitting even during live games he would give Hancock hand signals on what to do and laugh at him while saying how dumb he was while talking to liltex and me,

Hancok then Nations both incompetent assistant coaches from the Stewart era. Then coach Ware ( buddy of Jeff Nation ,assistant coach New Caney) the best of the three but half assed it his last year since he had another job lined up.
