2. Dayton played their best game of the year ! Most impressive win for our Bronco's. I couldn't wait tell Waller got on offense just to see our big "D" completely dominate the game we could of kicked two field goals and won this one. Offense starting to gel QB is gaining confidence and looking crisp on his passes and young receivers are getting better every game to bad for a team that try to double Ploch they will pay. Good move putting Franks in as RB 200 plus yards and I even seen him run over people a few times. This team is loaded with weapons on both sides of the ball look foreward to the El Campo game can't see how they would be much better than Vidor on the run anyway. Its was good to see AJ Dugat and Gregory Charles show up and support their old team .  GO BRONCO'S ~~~~~~~~~~
 3.
I'm hoping I'm wrong about this but I don't think Brenham matches up well with Angleton.  Does anybody know if Diggs is back to 100%?  Looking forward to the game.  I see Brenham still has some non-believers.  Angleton is by far the most talented team we have seen.  Like I said, I hope I'm wrong, but I'll take Angleton by 10.
NO man ! never throw in the towel any team can be beat if ya beat Anglton you might get a date with Dayton and if you don't make sure you put the hurt on the QB. :D

 8.
After watching both teamsplay this year, I would have to say Dayton wins this games hands down.  3 TDS
Thanks for the vote of confidence ! I think the dog fight we were in against Vidor will help us make a another decent playoff run just like it did last year against Livingston.
 9.
in order to get into the playoffs, waller had to beat brenham in their last regular season game or get help from other teams in the district.  they beat brenham (then ranked number 9 in the state) 15-14.  they always seem to have a competitive team even when they are down.  they have tough kids over there.  i don't know about the current staff because they have had some turnover since the last head coach was there but they usually have good quality coaches.  both coordinators have been there forever.  head coach was the o-coordinator when these two hooked up in 07.  offense is option, mid-line.  last time i saw'em the defense was four man front.  this year's team started 0-6.  now they are 5-6 and on a roll.  i don't think they are as talented as dayton but they will fight for four quarters.  i also think the district they played in the first round of the post-season is very weak.  lockhart was 5-5.  manor was 2-8 when they played brenham (c'mon!)  not sure but i think this might be a close game.  dayton doesn't seem to be as good as they have been in the past.
Thanks for the info ! Have you seen Dayton play ?
 10.
Region III Championship = quarterfinals.
your quite right I stand corrected and a little retarded !
 11.

20-4A, 19-4A.... It doesn't matter now! There are four teams 4A teams left east of Houston. GOOD LUCK TO ALL FOUR! With some AWEsome football playing hopefully all four will meet each other in three weeks! The real winner is the last one playing. Would be AWEsome if the region III champion went to the schools east of Houston.
Would be doubly awesome if the Region III Championship was between PN-G and Dayton!
If PNG & Dayton meet up it will be in the quarter finals !
 12. For you people going to play at Dayton game parking is on the south side of the stadium off Hwy 146. Their will be some parking right behind the stadium follow the road sign "Bronco Stadium" if you get their early, but if you don't the over flow parking is in JR.High parking lot in front of the school just a little to the south- that's where I would park anyway easier to get in out of.
 13.
My props goes out to Vidor/Dayton game.During the very physical hard hitting game after the plays were blown dead I saw many players patting ea.other on good plays-leant a hand to help others up-Great halftime show-Sportsmanship after was outstanding.Fan's were cheering and clapping-A classic
Have to agree with liltex this was one of the most intense games I've seen all year! I'm just glad we don't have to play Vidor again til next year maybe. Good sportsmanship on both sides Vidor and Dayton both class acts.
 14.   Not taking any risks on returns may be a little over reaction on our part due to the Crosby game. It has improved with the addition of Ploch. I have the same concern on our kickoffs giving the other team a short field to work with it works on average teams, but a power house team is and will make us pay.
 15.
I think baldwin definitely adds some swag to the team.  Franks is speedy and I'm hoping that the time he got at running back add a new dimension of physicality. I know he can out run just about anybody he lines up against, but I would love to see him blow up a DB every now and then.  I also think an interesting wrinkle that could be added would be handing off to Ploch for a run to the wide side of the field only to have him stop and toss the ball to what will most likely be a wide open receiver.  If the DB's don't bite on the run, then your looking at first down yardage or a td.  If they do...wide open receiver.
I like that scenario with Ploch It would add another dimension to the game! Getting Ploch involved is going to be a big factor in how far we advance in the playoffs. On another note when we played LK Travis they always had a back-up plan for the QB when he got in a jam they kept someone close and had him fade off for a short pass seem like it worked everytime.
 16. Baldwin has shown he can be a big time playmaker,Ploch what can you say he's a monster that's puts out 1000%, Franks the guy is grease lighting one step and he's gone. All three of these guys need to be on offense I don't care if  they have to play both ways and double as water boys this the playoffs we need that talent on the field . I know the QB is doing good .but struggles sometimes and has problems.executing in difficult situations. I would like to see more Payton P. as QB running down the defenses throat loosening them up a bit and then bringing  the JV QB back in for the pass game.
 17. Good game Vidor you guys have a very good team the running attack was something to see its good thing our defense showed up offense wasn't clicking tonight ~~~ GO BRONCO'S
 18. PNG should have no trouble with Brenham their not a true discipline team like Dayton and PNG get ready for alot trash talk en from a few of their players during the game. They actually would walk up to our sidelines and trash talk to our coach (amazing )
 19. Watched the B/H PNG game last night was impressed with how both teams played. You could tell that PNG was a well coached disciplined team with big guys that contolled the line of scrimage. They had a sensational low center of gravity RB that kept their offense going that and one primary receiver their go to guy . What was amazing is that BH was actually the faster team and they are one of the slowest teams in 19A. PNG also had a very good defense hard to tell how good because BH got repetitious and one dimensional in their play calling. If Vidor had a hard time stopping PNG I think their going to find Dayton's offense problamatic for sure. Dayton is alot faster than PNG has a host of different weapons they use on  offense  instead of one or two guys the play book is built around.~~  Go BRONCO'S ~~~
 20. Can't wait for Saturday ! First playoff game is almost upon on us and its going to be fun both teams are getting ready to face off for a tough first round matchup! Who ever wins this game probably will see a lessor team in the second round . Good luck to all the good people in Vidor and have a safe trip !~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ GO BRONCO'S ~~~~~~~~~~~
 21.
Where's the best place to eat in Dayton? ;D I will be going over to Huffman tonight to cover the WOS/Coldspring game. Thought I would stop along the way to get a bite to eat. Any suggestions? Thanks
Go West Young Man !--- Last stop light going west on 1960 and Waco -- Jose's  --
you think way too much of your team
And you don't the same way of your team !
 23.
Since the football talk has slowed....Has anyone considered the carbon footprint of this game.  I'm not sure what the vidor fans will be driving to huntsville in, but I have to think that it will be similar to convoy of duellies and F-250's that will be leaving from Dayton.  If i had to guess, the average miles per gallon for the fan base going to this game is probably around 2.  Maybe everyones company stocks will get a little bump from increased demand.
Dude abides -- Don't be getten all high tech on us and stuff your ruin Dayton's image ! :D
 24. i think that everyone knows that Vidor will not pass unless forced to.  Their big olinemen are not quick footed and do a much better job moving forward than they do in pass protection.  The QB seems to be a capable thrower, he just doesn't do it much.  They are one dimensional, and I expect this to be their downfall.  That said, they are going to have some rushing yards and they will eat up some clock.  A couple of turnovers, and this thing could go to Vidor~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ They better get some rushing yards if Bronco's "D" performs like they have the  last several games and V goes 4 and out it might get ugly!
 25. LBJ had some massive kids on both sides of the ball bigger than any team we played thus far, some of them got frustrated and resorted to alot of  shoving after the whistle. The Bronco's had no trouble matching up with them.
