WOS probably has the best field in the area for wet weather for the under classmen to play on and thats the old Stark field, old man Stark built that one right.

Nothing puts fans in the stands like winning, but nothing makes them leave like a few losses.

I dont make many predictions but I will pick WOS big.

Hunter Gonzales - LCM quarterback 16 of 26 passing for 238 yards - 2 TD's 22 carries for 90 yard - 4 TD's Down 35-7 in the 3rd quarter, Gonzales led the Bears to 42 second half points for their first district win since 2006. If you don't see Hunter on Channel 6 this week...they might as well quit having this. WOW!

First Bear game I've seen this year, they never quit and I believe they hit harder in the 3rd. qt than the first two, kept Lions defense on the field the entire 3rd qtr. Congrats to the Bears bad first half unbelievable 2nd.

Any fan that goes on the FIELD yelling at a coach or ref is an idiot. Bet his kid was looking for a rock to crawl under. I'am sure the coach would have met with them in his office.

I cant imagine Lumberton would be dropping with the growth that community is experiencing.

Been my experience that most parents/fans that are yelling at the refs or coaches dont know most of the rules of the game and dont know what their yelling about.

Heard this last night at a local resturant.

I think thats awesome. Our HJ 7th grade boys are 4-0 and have only been scored on twice. Both games that we were scored on though were because HJ likes to take their foot off the gas after a 2 touchdown lead unlike everyone else that plays our 8th grade. That will be a great game at the end of the season (HJ-WOS). You can bet WOS wont take thier foot off the gas at any point in the game.

Alot of college stadiums dont allow them thru the gate.

Just glad to see they are layin off the oc. In the past if they lost it was always the play calling.

You would pass them if they were football players. That dont sound fair to them or the other students, thay should have to show some effort on thier part .

I know thats the numbers reported but I was there and there was no where near that many, they may have sold that many tickets but they didnt show. McNeese fans out numbered Tulane probably 2-1.
