Spitballing…. Hispanic but just because of history like Mexican Mafia vs. Texas Syndicate.
-
Then the information put out by BOP isn’t correct.
-
I had already looked into that. That was not Punxsutawney Phil from Punxsutawney, PA. That was from one of the copycat groundhogs from New Hampshire. 😂

I wouldn’t mind if all nine Justices were females with the majority being Asian, Black and/or Hispanic. Just as long as I or somebody with my core beliefs gets to pick them….. (That is the second time I have used “core beliefs” today)

With the obvious fact that I have absolutely no clue what they are doing or for that matter even care…… But also realizing that politics is politics and sometimes all about appearances….….. The dealmakers for PNGISD might still have just a couple of main candidates (or even one). What I find intriguing is the year as a mentor for Dodge. I don’t know about lately but I have read in past years that Todd Dodge is known for giving coaching seminars/clinics. And why not? If I had his credentials in any endeavor, I would be consulting or doing seminars. It sounds like they have arranged basically for a private one year seminar/clinic for whoever the new coach is from probably one of the most in demand opinions about high school football that is possibly under the guise of, he is here to help us as part of a search committee but while he is here……. Then toss in this.……. As you say as shown by comments in this thread (some from people who either claim to be or seem to be in the know), it gives the impression that this whole process is rigged. Simply look at the comments on the WOS new coach. Before he was ever officially named and particularly afterwards, the feeling from many is that the interviews and taking of applications was rigged and just a dog and pony show. What better way for PNGISD to hire “their guy” but take some of the stigma off of their back then to say, Todd Dodge helped us come up with this selection!!! Plausible in politics?

I know you’re using humor but….. While I wonder sometimes about statistics, mostly from how they ask questions to get a certain answer (are you still beating your wife? A. Yes B. No), I truly believe that a third of Americans think we are on the right track. I think their politics are that skewed. I believe the registered Democrats who think the Biden administration is doing a horrible job did not all of a sudden become Republicans or conservative. Many probably still think we should defund the police, cut 75% out of our military budget for more social programs, should “tax the rich”, etc. Their core beliefs haven’t changed but they have just come to the realization that this guy is a disaster. I wish it was just made up numbers, that would be encouraging.

I don’t think it’s a matter of being wrong but violating company rules if I understand the article and his comments. Also in this case, sex (I am assuming) with a subordinate tends to make it appear criminally and civilly problematic as well as the appearance of a scandal affecting ratings.
-
t makes you wonder about that 33% or so that think this country is on the right track. No matter your political beliefs, what party you vote for any other kind of technical data, who are these people that think crime, economy, supply chain, foreign policy, inflation, gas priced, etc., are heading in the right direction? I understand a political argument such as, in my opinion the Democrats will lead us out of this mess…. but how do you not know it’s a mess and is currently trending downward negatively in almost every category?

A crazy thing about discrimination or representation, it only goes one way. Going by population and fair representation, blacks should only have 6 players per team. Even assuming that we exclude whites and stick with just minorities, Asians should have 3 players per team by population. Hispanics should have 7 per team. Where’s the diversity?

The groundhog is going to see his shadow so we are not going to get realignment for six more weeks…….

Unless they have a law like Texas that if there is a ruling that it was lawful self-defense, you cannot sue.

It was unfortunately in Beaumont but really had nothing to do with Beaumont. They take Hispanic prison gang members from around the country and just happened to plant them in Beaumont in this situation.

Fake news by gateway pundit…. That is Beto O’Rourke’s rally……

No. I think 10 of my coworkers have shot and killed people and one of them twice about 20 years apart. I witnessed one. But…. they were officers, not a 17 years old, accepted the fact that the day might come and none were national news. American police have probably killed hundreds of people and inside of cars yet there is no notoriety to any to any of the vehicles and the actual vehicle would be meaningless…. unless it was being driven by Clyde Barrow with Bonnie Parker in it.

Cut my gun in half is a stunt? Who knows, maybe somebody paid him good money in the background to do away with it. even if they did, good for him. That would mean the free enterprise system is alive and well.

The owner can have anyone destroy it. Maybe he doesn’t want his hands on it so as not to make a show. The judge legally has to be involved as the property is still in the custody of the DA. I guess the owner and his lawyers should have consulted you for an opinion on what the owner wants.
-
Did you read the article or comments? The owner did do what he wants. Rittenhouse wants the items destroyed while still in custody of the court. The judge granted the decision at Rittenhouse’s request. The judge absolutely has to make that decision because the court has no right to destroy them because as you say, the owner can do what he wants. Again, what he wants is for the court to destroy the gun and clothes.
-
Was Trump Jr. politically incorrect or what?? 🤣
-
But look at the woke headlines from Yahoo… Kyle Rittenhouse gun from Kenosha shootings to be destroyed Judge Decides Fate Of Rittenhouse Gun You would think it is a forced final hit at Rittenhouse like, he wasn’t convicted but we aren’t going to let him get his gun back!!! Then you read the article and it is… uhhhhh…. Rittenhouse asked that the judge authorizes the destruction of all of the evidence.
-
That is exactly why Rittenhouse wanted it destroyed according to his attorney.
-
No but in this case according to the article, Rittenhouse wanted it and all of the.clothes he wore that night destroyed.

I know that was not your implication but school buildings do not make students. I was fortunate enough to start high school so many years ago (50 years) in a brand “new” and “modern” high school. I was in the first class that at no point had to go to the “old” high school. That school is about to be replaced with a bond issue and I’m sure the students will love the new school. But will they improve their grades? I don’t think so. New football stadiums, new turf, new scoreboards, new schools, etc., are all great but they will improve anything except looking at nice new things? In the same school district where I went to a new high school 50 years ago, they are still using an elementary school that is 110 years old. They also have a football stadium which is almost 70 years old and until last year did not have turf yet Nederland still managed to win 3 consecutive undefeated district championships on one of the last grass fields in the area from 2011-2013. (Of course some people claim that’s why they won …. something to do with moisture….) With their football tradition, nice home side (and crappy 1930’s visitor’s side) and field house/turf/scoreboard, PNG is still in a high school built probably 75 years ago. Shiny new things are nice and I’m happy for the people that get them. The clothes don’t make the person however…… -
Just a few minutes ago three police officers have been shot in a shootout in Houston. In about the last week to police officers were killed. [Hidden Content]
