I am thinking a questionable post but I will pose the same thing to you. What video do you know where it shows the incident before and during the shooting? I did not know they released such a video and would like to see it. It might change my opinion.

What video are you talking about? The only video that I have seen was after-the-fact when his girlfriend broadcast it. Maybe you can point out a video that shows everything you said before the shooting actually took place. If not then it is nothing but speculation. As far as they're being no gun or not seeing a gun, there is never a requirement for a weapon even to be produced in order to lawfully use deadly force.

So when you want to go shooting? I have been a police firearms instructor since 1992 (FBI firearms instructor course), been teaching basic and tactical firearms at the academy for over 20 years, qualified on machine guns, spent 10 years on SWAT, own several firearms and am a Glock factory certified armorer. Other than that, I don't know much about them.

So I assume that with no evidence, you believe just the opposite? You have no idea what the officer saw in this case but you know that he is wrong. A jury looked at the evidence and said that there was not enough evidence to convince them of guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. It is interesting that you accuse a different opinion of to "believe" it with no evidence... while you are doing exactly the same thing.

That sounds great... but from my experience, it is just the opposite. A lot of the people that I know with one gun (including some police officers) have one just because and they aren't really gun people.

Are you really looking for a handgun? I know someone that knows a lot about them with no nonsense. Especially not, "This is what I carry so it is the best".

It is a good thing that the federal government is protecting us from the gasoline fumes that come out of a gas can. Of course you can buy a kit that reverts it back to the old style (but there is a warning on the kit not to use it for that )................

I can recommend a very good razor, cheaper than my favorite brand which is the 5 blade Gillette Fusion. That is an awesome blade, smooth as silk and rarely nicks at all. At least for about 3 shaves them it is $5 for another........... Then I discovered another. I use one of their blades, it lasts at least 7 days and is half the price (or less) than the Fusion. With twice as many uses (at least) and half the price, it is cost effective about 25% that of the Fusion.... and it is smoother. I cannot make it cut me. It can only be purchased online. It cost me $10 a month for blades that are smoother then $5 every third day.

Yeah, the media always wants you to answer questions that they think you should answer. I have done interviews both for print and television and they believe that every question should be answered completely. Sorry but it doesn't nor should it be that way. It seems like they believe that freedom of the press means it is mandatory that we answer everything. NOT!! I have no problems with the article and if he wants to answer them I believe it would be in his best interest but if so, he'd better not lie. If he doesn't, great.

I believe that is almost exactly what I said. Intentions are relevant from my perspective. Honor is one thing but we don't owe anyone anything. As I said, I am all for the principal allowing him to do so. I am also all for him holding the line and not making an "exception" for him. I have had more bullets fired at me up close and personal than most members of the military and I don't think I am owed anything. In my opinion. Everyone is entitled to theirs.

I think the funniest part is New Tobie and others of his ilk (of which there are many across the country) that somehow think that continued posting of stupid Trump tricks offends conservatives. Trump is not a bit hit with the GOP or conservatives in general. Until the very end of the primary when everyone dropped out, Trump could only carry about 30% of the GOP support and a lot of that was Democrat crossover (as we saw in the election). So in reality, Trump never had more than about 12% of actual support among voters but won on the less of evils. What he is not is he is not Hillary. Now THAT is funny. So now for the next three and a half years we will see stupid threads and stupid news articles about stupid things that Trump does or says. Awesome! Thanks for the crappy coronation candidate you Dems put up.

And the queen couldn't beat a complete novice at politics that criticized minorities, insulted nationalities, made crude comments...... When will the Dems admit that they are the cause of Trump. They alone created him. He is nowhere near even the best GOP possibility but Hillary was so bad that 17 Republicans ran against her, knowing that she would be beat... even by the Trumpster. I am torn on this one. It would not bother me if they allowed him to walk but it also seems kind of elitist to almost demand it with an "I don't walk if I am not in uniform". The article says that the Marines don't have any rules on it so it is not like he is violating some military code. I have seen debates on other websites where some military members were really miffed that Lowe's or some other establishment did not give them a 10% discount. They actually said so in as many words like, "They don't be getting my business any more if I don't get my discount". "My discount"? Really? That is utter nonsense. If a private business wants to give it, awesome. To demand it seems childish for a person who is supposed to be a representative of what is good and right. Let's face it, many members (likely a vast majority) of our military have never heard a shot fired in anger. Many have never left the good ol' USA in a 2 or 3 years hitch and might have been cooks. Great, you cooked 300 dozen eggs every morning for 20 months and never got deployed. I respect because someone has to cook to feed an army and he/she might have ended up in a field kitchen in a combat zone. I think they all deserve respect no matter what the service or assignment. I start to lose that respect when they start to put themselves on a pedestal. Again, if someone else puts them on a pedestal, great. I have the same feelings toward my fellow police officers that demand some kind of payment or acknowledgment of their service. If someone wants to honor us, great. To demand it is a disgrace to the badge. The article said that a nearby school district allowed a Marine to wear his uniform. He got the ovation he sought.............. Are you serving to sacrifice or are you serving to take a bow? I attribute it to his youth but it is what it is. I would respect him if they allowed him to wear his uniform. If not, I would respect him more if he followed the rules that everyone else has to follow. In my opinion.

You definitely don't get it from the mainstream media. We may not get it from anywhere but mainstream is so biased to the point of being ridiculous. I think they are relatively unbiased as long as it is not a political topic. Toss in politics and you get spin from one side or the other.

I am surprised that they even did a GSR. Results might be conclusive if they did but not necessarily.
