1. Vidor needs one more big stop on defense.
 2. That price seems about average for a Euro. I don't know that I have seen any of them under $100 and that low is generally for no mounting or anything else, just the cleaned skull.
 3.
See I knew that this was beneath you ;) ,seeing you are in the top 1% making over 250,000 a yr. :o Because that is the only class that is getting the Bush Tax Cuts. But With that money put into the ecom. people WILL have more money to spend, and The TOP 1% will have less to  hide overseas....
Sorry but you are wrong (everyone else is stunned right?). The Bush tax cuts were not only for the over $250K bracket but I am sure that you have been convinced of that. In fact almost everyone (except for those that don't pay taxes) got about a 3% cut in taxes. My tax burden went down several hundred dollars a year and I am nowhere near the $250K bracket. Sorry to bust your bubble............ well not really.
 4. Let me get this straight, when the feds go up on taxes, the people have less money in their pockets to spend. Even though they have less to spend, they will then spend more on goods and services in their state so the state will get more taxes? I've got it now. When you have less take home pay, you spend more. Right. TB has figured out the solution. If we tax people more and they have less to spend on their bills and luxuries, they will respond but spending even more. Can someone other than TB explain that rationale to me.
 5.
No the State will be just fine Just as soon as the Bush Rep tax breaks or taken away ;)
I know this goes over a few people's heads but again, the Bush tax cuts are federal taxes and Ohio is state taxes. The Bush tax cuts have nothing to do with Ohio. Your usual blame Bush cry is again wrong and not even in the same ballpark. Bear in mind that the Democratic controlled Congress extended the Bush tax cuts and Obama signed it.
 6.
This is a thread about Ned's 500 milestone, not PNG's. How about a nice congrats? Thanks.
LOL
 7.
Home now. Was in deep east texas and felt it.
Good thing you got back to PA where it is safe.
 8.
Which is exactly why there should not be 3 or 4 teams per district allowed into the playoffs. It is ridiculous. But guess that's the society these days, have to make sure that even the person who finishes 17th in a race gets a trophy and a ribbon.
Bet then you have a team like WOS go 8-2 and miss the playoffs on point spread.
 9. This is my cull. [IMG][Hidden Content]]
 10. They have all grown up from the opening day war zone.
 11. Put another doe in the box this morning with a 25 yard arrow through the lung shot.
 12.
sweet!  i'm headed out this evening and taking a 4-day weekend.  any sign of the rut yet?  i've heard rumors that it's starting already.
In some (or most) parts of east Texas the ruts is starting to show signs with some bucks getting frisky with does. In the south where Im, not at all. I've seen mature bucks still feeding together and not paying any attention to the others.
 13. I killed an 8 point this morning. I slipped an arrow through both lungs at 20 yards. He ran about 50 yards and piled up dead. He weighed in at 204 on the hoof and 168 gutted. Not a trophy with only 125 inches of horns but a good sized deer.

 15. ..and your preview says that Nederland wants to win and go 10 and 0. That will only happen if Barbers Hill forfeits.
 16. I am wondering how many people are putting the horse before the cart and assuming that the game will be over by the half.
 17. Maybe it should be played on the jumbotron in the end zone. Both teams could be hooked up Madden 12 and play each position independently. Like each team's quarterback can be the one on screen, each lineman can control his corresponding position, etc. The only thing that they need to be on the field for is the pregame handshake and the flip of the coin. The rest will be on the big screen. It could even be streamed to homes on pay per view so the crowd doesn't even need to show up if they don't want to. It would sure beat standing in line for tickets. Just think of the possibilities.........
 18.
Jags wouldnt sniff a playoff spot in 21-5A.  ;D
..... or 20-4A. The most interesting part of the early predictions was how many people that had Central not only making the playoffs but as the first or second place team. Who could have figured them for last place? I guess that is why we play the games.
Ya, that's probably the hardest one to break.  Some crazy #'s on there.
The article says the 35 INT's happened in 1956.  I didn't know they threw the ball in the 50's.  ;D
That's probably why they didn't.
 20.
hey fellas, got a question i hunted a piece of privately ownec acreage on the lamps program and it sucked, we only got 5 doe tags for six hunters, now im hunting a lease that is 700 acres but actually has one heck of a deer herd. how does one go about getting the biologists to come out and get a program started such as level 1 2 3 ???????
Are you talking about LAMPS or MLD? Both you have to apply to TPWD or a local TPWD biologist. It is too late for this year.

 22.

Questioning America's minimum wage has somehow become a rite of passage in the Republican presidential primary. Michele Bachmann has said she wouldn’t rule out lowering it. Ron Paul has predictably said it should be eliminated entirely. And Rick Perry, in his book "Fed Up!: Our Fight to Save America from Washington", has rued the role the commerce clause played in "creating national minimum-wage laws" and "establishing national labor laws." But when it comes to battling our $7.25-an-hour wage floor, these contenders have neither the vision nor the resume of current frontrunner Herman Cain. Cain's time in the restaurant business was marked by a long and largely successful battle against minimum-wage increases, and even today, some 15 years later, many of the nation's waiters and waitresses have Cain and the restaurant lobby to thank for a federal minimum wage of $2.13 for tipped workers. And that not the top 1% now is it????
So if you want to make minimum wage...vote democrat!
Kind of I guess. What it really means that if you have a minimum wage job and you are at the peak of your ability and have no hopes for any meaningful job, vote Democrat because that may be the only pay raise you get the rest of your life. On the other hand you could actually finish high school, gets some training or college and do the unthinkable and show up for work on time, be a responsible employee, etc., and not worry about minimum wage as a career.
 23.
Fox poll says Fox News is failin . Most Americans not scared o Obama's reelection [Hidden Content]
So you go to a progressive Democratic website to try and convince yourself how good Obama is doing from their viewpoint? If you want a Fox poll, their poll in January 2009 just before Bush left office showed 79% of the people dissatisfied with the direction of the country. That pretty much led to the Obama win. You would have a hard time saying that Fox was slanted in their poll when almost 80% of the country was not happy. That same poll today showed that 73% of the public is not satisfied with the direction of the country. It also shows that only 32% of independents approve of Obama's handling of his job and the direction of the nation. Those are the same independents that got Obama his job. If you want to hang what you believe is reality in a KOS poll, be my guest. The ostriches need some company.
 24. ... and if you are talking about gasoline prices, the Democrats repeatedly (and still in this forum) blame Bush for high gas prices but 3 years into Obama's term seem to think that it is just the market that controls it.
