1.
I am a bowhunter and wanting to buy a rangefinder. Does the ones with the angle feature a must? I dont want to break the bank, just looking for a good product. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
The angle feature most of the time is almost meaningless to a bowhunter. Now if you are 30 feet up in a tree it might. If you are gun hunting at 100 yards on a slope then it might make some difference but even then not much. If you are a long range shooter then it really comes into play or if you are hunting in Colorado. From 15 feet up in a stand and at 20 yards my arrow flies about 1" high. That is not enough for me to worry about and most of the time the arrow is more accurate than I am anyway. I've owned the Leupold RX-600 and it worked just dandy. I crushed it though by accident.  :-[ Now I use a Bushnell that I got from a guy second hand and it seems to be just as good as the Leupold. EDIT: It was the Leupold RX-1 that I had, not the RX-600.
2. Shot it but don't own one. Decent gun and seemed solid. I liked their Super 90 auto loader but it tended to jam if we shot tactical loads with it. Good thing about the pump is that you don't have to depend on the gun cycling the round. I like the 60 year old proven Remington 870 though. With more than 10 million sold to hunters, law enforcement and military units world wide, it is just tough to beat. The Benelli that I shot functioned good though. I would rather their pump than their auto. The auto Benelli was the smoothest shotgun that I have ever shot... when it worked.

4.
i need an AR
I have a brand new one that I haven't even shot yet.
5. The Weatherby mag is a little more powerful than the Winchester mag but not significantly different. The use of either is more preference than performance oriented.
6. I would like to have a WWII M1 Garand and an M1 Carbine in very good condition.
7. Global drying for sure. We need a rain bill in Congress.
8. Deal. I'll buy the ammo and you catch the air fair and hunt.  ;D
9.
( Box stand) M77 .25-06.  (Summit climber) Marlin 336 30/30.    300 Wby mag doesn't not get out much.
Except when you are shooting a 2,000 pound bull moose in Canada from 400 yards?
10. I've never shot at a deer more than once.  ;D
11. See my second response. I just saw a bit of humor when you asked what it was like. Mud obviously!  ;D Yeah, yeah... I know. You were asking how much mud and was it worth it... just couldn't resist though.
12. I don't go mudding but I felt compelled to respond to the question.  :) Actually I did go mudding one time but that was only to get to my stand in south Texas the roads were under about two feet of mud in some spots. Have fun and lots of mud.
13. It's like mud.
14.
it looked to me like yall were poking fun at me or didnt believe i could make those shots. sorry if i offended anyone on here. i can and do shoot that far , but it takes a lot of practice and patience. as far as respecting the animals, i am an ethical shooter and wont pull the trigger if i am not sure i take the animal cleanly. and i wont even attempt a head shot, because ive seen a few wounded deer lost and i know they died suffering. this will be my last post on here, so happy hunting everyone.
I'm surely not making fun of you. I do like to make jokes though. I could care less how far someone shoots if it is within that person's range. If a person can't put a round in a 5 inch circle at 100 yards, he has no business shooting at 400 yards though. I practice shooting my bow out to 40 yards but have never taken more than a 20 yard shot. Like Clint Eastwood said in Magnum Force..... "A man's got to know his limitations".
15.
Heres a little food for thought>> I've always wondered if you can sue the state if you ran over a deer on the hiway and theres not a deer xing sign...
Simply put, "no".
16.
It looks like that main beam was broken off. :o
Broken off or an injury that will not allow it to grow. I know that if they suffer a major injury then it will show in horn production on one side. He may have the genetics of a huge deer but an injury when you will always have him making inferior horns. On the other hand, it may just be broken (or sawed  :D ) off.
17. ??
18. And yet another spike bites the dust.
19. No brainer even before the article. The state owns all deer within the state.
20. You're a better man than me. I would probably ride it out another day just to get my strength back.
21. Losing to the #5 team in the country at their home court is not too bad and a good showing.
22.
I was all set to head up to the deer lease this afternoon, taking tomorrow off, but i've thrown up about 10 times since midnight.  curse word.  here's hoping i feel well enough to at least head that way in the morning.
That is terrible no matter what you were going to do. I would rather be at work, forced to work overtime and then go to the dentist than have a stomach virus.
23. It is in the left wing state of Washington. I don't think that it is even legal to think of God while at a school function, much less point to the sky in tribute.
