only finalist i heard about was keith barbay.... that'd help warren out ALOT this year if they hire him

I Heard that defensive coach (assistant head coach) SMART was offered the A.D spot but declined it, talking to some of the players they ALL wish he woulda accepted it, they say hes the best coach they got hands down, everyone respects him up there, and their new facilities consist of new weightroom, new school, new field house, new practice field, everything new except stadium lol, really hope warren and kountze get turned around before the season gets here, dnt want any team in this district bein pounded every friday night i want them two to be able to compete.

heard there were close to 90 apps for the job, u cant tell me outta 90 people there isnt ONE coach who can turn that team around and make them competitors in the district this year.... and the hiring date is somewhere around may 1st

anybody that has SEEN warrens defense play knows they have alot of good juniors returning most of their startin defense were juniors  87, 56, 2, 44, 10 are ALL really talented defensive players returning, ALONG with a new coach maybe we oughta wait till they play a few games with their new coaching before we start sayin how many district games ANYBODY will win, in high school football you never know what team will show up, no win is EVER  guaranteed to anybody

who's gonna be warrens new coach??  hopefully they get somebody that can turn them around this year, they've got alot of talent coming back, especially on defense,  and their district is STACKED this year

CONGRATS TO ALL KIDS, I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY LEON SCRITCHFIELD, THE FULLBACK FROM WARRREN DIDNT GET ANY HONORS FOR OFFENSE, HE WAS A GREAT PLAYER HAD MORE RUSHING YRDS AND TDS THAN THE RB.... ALSO THINK TYLER SPELL, THE OFFENSIVE LINEMAN AND DEFENSIVE END FROM WARREN DESERVED AT LEAST SECOND TEAM HONORS HE WAS A GREAT PLAYER, AS WAS THE JUNIOR LINEBACKER SAM BLACKSHEAR FROM WARREN, DESPITE THEIR BAD SEASON THESE KIDS HAD SOME PRETTY IMPRESSIVE STATS, ALSO THE WR DJ HALL FROM HARDIN DESERVED 1ST TEAM IN MY OPINION HE WAS A VERY GOOD PLAYER MADE SOME PRETTY IMPRESSIVE CATCHES THIS SEASON, BUT  EVERY KID THAT RECIEVED HONORS DESERVED THEM. [/quote] Sorry but Hardin and Warren are officially District Co-Champions.  The 3rd game was for seeding.  Don't be a hater, be a congratulator.  I think it is just sour grapes on Warren's part because they really wanted an outright district championship.  Nothing wrong with wanting it outright and wanting to have a perfect season in district, but don't down Hardin (and their coaches) because they beat Warren in what was a good match and ruined that particular goal.  Let's just move on folks...this happened 3-4 days ago...it's over and done.  Playoffs are here so let's talk playoffs. They told the students that Hardin had forfeited. Then that Hardin HAD to play Warren. The Hardin (coach, players???) said that they would just stand there and not play. Very courageous of Hardin.

I DONT THINK KOUNTZE CAN RUN ON WARRENS DEFENSE... THEIR BACKERS AND D-ENDS ARE REALLY GOOD THIS YEAR... IM THINKING THIS WILL BE A LOW SCORING GAME BUT IM TAKIN WARREN IN THIS ONE
