I keep hearing how good Newtons defense is...Ok..and Kirbyville's D is not??? Dont get it. We've only allowed 13.8 ppg for the entire season thats pretty awesome. In district play we've only allowed 7ppg. Hello...Give our D some credit!! Your offense will not walk all over our D I promise you that!!! We have been tough on everyones running game. So I hope Barbay dont plan on running the ball..cause he wont get far up the field..Dont worry..our CATS will be there to play and win! I will tell you another sport Kirbyville DOMINATES in is TENNIS!!! They have not lost District since 1991, You can take it to the bank!!! So Kirbyville is not only good at Football!!!

Good Game..but the one that really counts is Next week..RIGHT???? lol I'm just curious, If newton were to come out on top next week, what would you say then? I would say GREAT GAME..I'm not above myself to say good game to an opposing team. I myself played sports in high school. This site is all fun and no harm meant. So if you are getting offended, I am sorry, but I love my team, and I support them 100% win or lose. If newton wins next week, good for them, hope they dont, but we make playoffs regardless. I see Kirbyville going deep either way! So..Good luck next week Newton and Good Luck Kirbyville! GO CATS!!!!

Nah...nothing to worry about...once they come up to Varsity it all clicks together! Don't worry. We have good kids down also...What you all need to remember..we have a YOUNG team, most of the players that would be on a JV team play on our VARSITY!!! And as for as our JV, Our JV is made up of VERY young players. So this has no bearing on how next weeks game is going to be.

Its called RECRUITING...LOLOLOL you know he does it!!! Say what you want...but I know he has went out and got kids to come to WOS..BARBAY TOO!!! There's no way you can have that many years worth of GREAT TALENT, without having some sort of bad years..LOL Every team has good and bad..look at PN-G. Thats proof right there..PN-G has an awesome coaching staff, but obviously they are lacking in the talent area. IMO!!!

Something about playing Newton..always gets to us..but I think this year will be different. We are more than ready to give Newton there first loss to Kirbyville in more than (heck I dont even know how many years)..LOL Kirbyville "WILL WIN" next week. However, them Eagles will be there to play no doubt. It will the greatest game of the Year, and I have been looking forward to it ever since I heard we were playing them. Perfect way to end District Play in my opinion. Best 2A teams in this area by far...its going to be one for the books!

You know..us Kirbyville fans know that our team has been beat many times..beat badly..so were not ALL cocky..but I'm sorry we DO have somethings to a little COCKY about!!! Who cares if were new to the District...we just came out of one of the toughest 3A districts in the state...and who are you calling an IDIOT??? I think this game is going to be every bit of a PUSHOVER!!! Hope your there!!!
