My first car was 1969 Camaro, 327 with a two speed power glide. It would hang with the SS through first. Once it shifted they would pull away. I painted it myself, then wrecked it. I also had a 1972 Chevrolet Cheyenne with a very strong 350. Blew the engine, then bought a rough 1969 Camaro and swapped engines. Finally traded the truck for a bike. Later had 1972 Cougar. I really liked them all but I made some really stupid decisions when I was young.

Many don't see the problem with Target allowing transgender to use the restroom they choose. This issue has grown to where the government will cut funding if you don't comply in the school systems. This includes locker rooms. How many are OK with their teenaged daughter being forced to undress or shower with the opposite sex? This single issue could change the presidency. Trump will force Hillary to support Obama's decision or denounce it. This is not good for the democratic party.

That's $4300 for them to have to deal with the government.

My wife was scheduling a doctor appointment and they tell her they do not accept her insurance anymore. She says fine, I'll pay cash and not use the insurance. They said we can't see you because you have that insurance and we'll get fined. We try finding another insurance company and guess what, no insurance companies can sell insurance right now. They can only sell insurance during the national enrollment period. She is not allowed to switch insurance companies at all. So much for freedom and improved healthcare coverage.

Mississippi has taken a bold step to defend religious liberty

I do not think God wants his people to sit by silently and watch their society and government embrace cultures that conflict with his will. By the same token, I don’t think he wants us condemning sin or sinners without first sharing His love. What Christians know about Christianity means very little without knowing Gods will which comes from a personal relationship with him. The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom. -
Insurance and healthcare was a ridiculous cost before Obamacare which in part brought Obamacare on. Obamacare should be repealed but to then do nothing would not address the original problem. If Obamacare is repealed it's pretty naïve to think healthcare and insurance companies will voluntarily lower their costs and improve coverage.

My daughter looked it up on a spoiler so I know who it is but I won't spoil it for y'all. I'm pretty disappointed in Rick.

Disturbed is right. ...but I like it.

Furthermore, a healthy debate between Christians can be a good think. However, a debate on a public forum visited by some that don't believe or are questioning Christianity can be very counter productive. If the Christians can't even agree on their own religion it isn't very appealing to others. JMO, even though I'm sure there's scripture to support my view.

We have the ten commandments and the two greatest commandments and I think it's safe to say that in some form we all have faltered in keeping them. Thank God for his grace. Matthew 22 36 “Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law?” 37 Jesus replied: “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’[c] 38 This is the first and greatest commandment. 39 And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’[d] 40 All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.”

Luke 18 The Parable of the Pharisee and the Tax Collector 9 To some who were confident of their own righteousness and looked down on everyone else, Jesus told this parable: 10 “Two men went up to the temple to pray, one a Pharisee and the other a tax collector. 11 The Pharisee stood by himself and prayed: ‘God, I thank you that I am not like other people—robbers, evildoers, adulterers—or even like this tax collector. 12 I fast twice a week and give a tenth of all I get.’ 13 “But the tax collector stood at a distance. He would not even look up to heaven, but beat his breast and said, ‘God, have mercy on me, a sinner. 14 “I tell you that this man, rather than the other, went home justified before God. For all those who exalt themselves will be humbled, and those who humble themselves will be exalted.”

He is not here; he has risen! Remember how he told you, while he was still with you in Galilee: ‘The Son of Man must be delivered over to the hands of sinners, be crucified and on the third day be raised again.’ Thank you Jesus

Could Beaumont suffer the same fate as La Marque?

You fire some and send a few to prison which has already been done, it tends to get the attention of those that remain. -
Rick and Darrell looked like a couple of buffoons. Totally out of character.

It takes time to correct all the problems BISD created for themselves. -
I turned it on in the fourth quarter and they were playing touch football, no tackling. What a waste of time
