1. It doesn't matter where you launch, if you fish Louisiana waters you need a Louisiana license. You can fish the Louisiana coastline along the border as long as you don't enter a cut, inlet, etc.   Some others may have more details to offer.
 2. I don’t know if he will be disciplined enough to compose himself under NFL pressure. However, he may be the boost Houston needs after a horrible season. They can go from the cellar to the talk of the town in the sports world before the season ever starts. He will be a huge interest and revenue boost; until he flops. (If he flops)
Is that how you do it in Alaska?
I am back....... can't miss out on jacking with Dayton and that light shoe'd indian accross the river...... ;D ;D ;D ;D
Are you back by choice or were you deported?
An oldie but goodie...... Coat both sides well with butter and then add salt, pepper, paprika, finely chopped parsley and garlic powder to taste. Cover with thinly sliced red onions. Place it on a cedar plank and bake next an open fire for 20 minutes. Then throw away the fish and eat the board.
Good one. :) Not everyone has a variety of fish in the freezer like some of us do and they have to depend on store bought fish. Tilapia will work if cooked right. The cedar plank is not a bad choice. You can also pan sear with blackened seasoning or use butter, garlic, and seasoning like Tony’s. I’m sure fried would be OK too.
 19. The weekend weather is looking promising
 20. Good job. I hope to get out soon.
 21. A lot depends on whether you're ordering out of cook it yourself
 22. Tilapia is a restaurant favorite and it's OK if cooked right. As far as eating out the options are limited, tilapia, catfish, snapper, or salmon. That's about it unless you go for a higher end fish. It also depends on how you like it cooked
