  1. After this game Crouch probably saw two of the same things I did. Two keys to keeping it close will be to limit turnovers and penalties. With out the Nederland turnovers it would have been closer and WOS had a lot penalties. With the coaching history I'm going give Crouch enough credit to not play into the WOS expected game plan. It could be close.

  3. First, I was wondering why LCM would take on such tough scrimmage opponent. I thought they should have taken on someone easier. What the heck do I know. Great job LCM!!

  5. I agree with you completely. 9-1 (a district loss) ;D
  6. Venom You keep referring to Fedor as the best PFP fighter in the world (and he may be) but much of that title is based on opinion which, as you stated, only means so much. I think Silva has stepped up and could hold a claim to that title. He has dominated his division, stepped up and annihilated a quality light heavy weight and may be willing to give up his belt and move up to take on the rest of the division to prove how good he is. He's willing to fight the best in the world and go after them, not just sit back and say I'm the best and expect that respect. Seems like that's how you earn #1 PFP ranking in the world. JMO I was one of those that was questioning his position,,, but not any more.
  7. This could be a huge thing for MMA. If pursued, promoted and marketed right (and I'm sure Dana will) this could be one of the thinks to boost the sport to where fans and Dana want it to be. This can repair the damage that Lesnor did for those who were completely turned off to the sport by his antics, (they want to see him beat) or it will draw even closer those that were intrigued by his antics even if they didn't approve. It's a win win. Fedor can sit back and call the shots because he IS the big draw in this whole deal. He'll end up the highest paid fighter in MMA history with a modified contract to suit his wants. This will ultimately result in bigger paydays for other fighters too. Win Win
  8. Well... at least now I can say there are two things I like about OU. 8)
  9. Well... What do we think now? It may be early to get excited but I can't help it. Is this the second half team we are all familiar with or another heartbreak? Do we trade Tejada (or others) or let them play on? Tough call.
  10. Not in America? That's just not right.
  11. Randy should get through Lesner before he gets Fedor, but the clock's ticking for him. Time is short if not past.
  12. Good post. Now Leshley wants to move over to the UFC. I say keep the circus out of MMA.
  13. Alvez is extremly stong and it didn't matter. I think I remeber Dan Henderson giving Silva all he could handle until he had to quit due to an injury.
  14. please tell me you didnt just type that!!! baseball, youre better than that! :'( You should reverse that quote, "don't hate the game, hate the player". There's a lot of quality fighters out there that show class in victory and defeat.
  15. Answer me this. I was looking at the UFC site today, and their Hall of Fame spot. I saw Chuck Liddell but no Matt Hughes. Any explanations?
  16. Lesner and Fedor will meet sometime in the future, just not sure how soon. White won't let it happen until Lesnor is ready. Until then, it may take a really smart, experienced fighter to take advantage of his few weaknesses.
  17. He will probably wait until the outcome of the silva griffin fight. And assuming he wins tonight, which I think he will.
  18. He may be, but I think he should pay his dues first when dropping a weight class. JMO
