  1. Remember Roschon already has one varsity TD under his belt. He played in mop up duty against Vidor.
  2. Roschon Johnson named starter at PNG. Timing a little off on short throws, but on the money with deep balls. I think I only so 3-4 passes dropped while I was there for the first practice. That includes all drills. Austin Bost completed 2 of 3 passes when in. Orangefield looks a little bigger than years past to me. They weren't doing a lot of skill stuff when I was there. WOS ran the entire time I was there. The crazy thing though was that only 11 freshmen showed up. Numbers continue to shrink.
  3. Lone Star isn't very reliable. Little Cypress 50-6 French 14-6 Channelview 21-3 Kelly 34-0 *Jasper 56-0 *Forest Park 14-7 *Liberty 33-13 *West Orange 22-0 *Bridge City 28-6 *Silsbee 28-14 Bi-District: Cy-Fair 13-9 Quarterfinals: Lamar Consolidated 28-2 Semifinals: San Marcos 21-21 (12-0-1, 6-0)
  4. Vidor was a State Semifinalist in 1964, going 12-0-1. So I wouldn't go that far.
  5. Brock's updated schedule A26 vs Samford S2 at Midland Christian S9 vs Grapevine Faith Academy S16 vs Triple A Prime Prep (Gopher Bowl) S23 vs Pilot Point S30 Open O7 at Paradise O14 at Ponder O21 vs Bowie O28 at Boyd N4 vs Breckenridge
  6. Not sure if it's been discussed here, but Bridge City is now short a game. Brock backed out of the September 30th game after finding a closer opponent. Hate to hear that.
  7. 92: PNG 38 Livingston 0 93: PNG 3 Livingston 0 96: PNG 42 Livingston 8 (BI-DIST) 08: Livingston 34 PNG 14 --------- Faircloth 09: PNG 30 Livingston 7 10: Livingston 49 PNG 42 11: Livingston 42 PNG 28 12: Livingston 28 PNG 7 13: PNG 49 Livingston 6 Series: PNG 5 Livingston 4 Faircloth (2-3)
  8. I know Tepp has been defending the quality for the last few years, but it's very clear that it's nowhere close to what it once was.
  9. What's 12-6A look like? Hopefully I'll get one after work.
  10. D1 Nederland (1,596) PA Memorial (2,098) D2 PNG (1,447) Central (1,471)
  11. 13: Crosby 49-28 11: Crosby 30-29 10: PNG 38-7 09: PNG 37-7 08: PNG 28-27 15: PNG 42-41 14: Dayton 56-44 11: Dayton 36-31 07: Dayton 40-7 06: Dayton 33-2 PNG and Nederland might have been bigger than Lincoln but not TJ until the very end maybe. The Jackets dropped for the first time in 98. PNG had a cup of coffee in the highest classification my Freshman and Sophomore year. Also Dayton was more dominfant.
  12. Last time PA was in the 4A now 5A district. Nederland (3) vs Lincoln (1) 01: LHS 42-8 00: NED 24-21 99: NED 59-12 98: NED 50-21 Nederland (4) vs TJ (0) 01: NED 36-7 00: NED 31-3 99: NED 62-35 98: NED 49-7 PNG (3) vs Lincoln (1) 01: LHS 45-13 00: PNG 20-14 99: PNG 30-24 98: PNG 44-7 PNG (2) vs TJ (2) 01: TJ 28-21 00: TJ 30-21 99: PNG 59-7 98: PNG 42-14 Thats a long time ago, but I still don't believe Memorial blows the doors off 22-5A. This isn't the same type of team that made a run to the 6A state semifinals a few years ago. Ozen beat PA last year.
  13. Haven't heard any other results, but Memorial lost to Houston Christian today.
  14. Martin flew from Auburn to TCU last night.
  15. Hudson was not in College Station like some thought he would be today. Was told by someone that he is visiting OU. Kam Martin is visiting Auburn.
  16. Sorry it should say Houston Heights, forgot about the name change.
  17. SEMIFINALS Reagan 33 Cinco Ranch 12 F Foster 48 Episcopal 25 F Reagan and Foster advance to state.

  19. Wow! (Yes it's 7 on 7, but Foster was rolling today)
  20. Episcopal 42 Seven Lakes 33 F Haven't heard anymore about PA
  21. From earlier Foster 48 Katy Taylor 6 Foster 50 Stratford 20
  22. Not that it matters, McZeal says it was 20-12. They're starting their final game against Richmond Foster shortly.
