This is what I know about the helmets so far New helmets or logos Orange Community (1st year) Kirbyville Jasper I've sent the logos to Tx Helmet Project, I'll try to get them on here. Same from last year WO-S LC-M Deweyville Newton Nederland Anahuac

Sounds more like Austin but anyways. The whole thing comes down to the agreement made by UT with the Big 12's other schools last year. This is why the Big 12 (10) stayed together. Low and behold Texas goes back on their word so of course the other schools aren't going to just go along with it. I agree the Big 12 is doomed. I also agree with the prospects of A&M and Mizzou to the SEC. The SEC doesn't want Okie State so that's holding up OU. If that doesn't work out maybe OU and OSU to PAC-12. Kansas and Kansas State to the Big East. Tech will try to talk to the PAC 12. Who knows about Iowa State???? Baylor maybe C-USA. And Texas goes independent. This is just my oppinion.

Eagle Pass defeats Nederland 7-3. Nederland will now face Long Beach (MS) at 5 PM in an elimination game.

I went to games before but my first game I remember was 1988 Brazoswood at PN-G. Didn't care about the game too much (PN-G was pretty bad then) but I thought the Bucs helmets were cool! 1989 was a much more fun year. Sidenote: us kids used to have some epic full contact cup football games by the field house when a fence seperated the field. We'd play during halftime then give high fives to the Indians when they came out. I have no clue how nobody broke any bones.
