The reason the 2nd pitcher looked like he was throwing gas is because the first pitcher threw a ton of breaking pitches. I think Friendswood's manager did a good job with his pitchers and kept PN-G off balance.

It probably won't be Lamar. Cards are in the SLC tournament so none of the coaches will be able to stay in town for the games.

When I was there Doty threw a TD and 2 INT's, 2nd team had a TD pass. Pretty even with the 1st team D playing well. Also there were a number of baseball players missing so Faircloth wanted to see some different guys get more playing time.

Coach Woodard is not a fan of the press box but they had to replace the old one with FEMA money. That's all they could do at the time. But they couldn't justify tearing down a brand new pressbox after designing the upgrades.

It's been a while since I've been annoyed by fans but Magnolia's did just that. No offense to the kids on the field but if you thought the horns were bad you should have heard the women in the seats with them. Almost comical especially when they were silenced by Denzlinger's bomb that landed in the tennis courts.

If football would only have the success our area baseball programs have, j/k. I love the baseball playoffs.
