What an amazing night of football I wish I could've stayed past the half, even though I was watching it live at the station. I'm a proud PN-G grad but I was a huge fan of Central going into tonight. I'm blessed to see multiple teams with my job and tried to tell my fellow Indians the Jags would be a big obstacle because of their defense. Sure enough they did not dissapoint. Congrats to two of the classiest 1st year head coaches you could ever meet it's time for SE Texas to unite, let's represent.

Yeah the story has been out for a bit I had it in my show a couple weeks ago Troy Esprit is the head coach tryouts in March. -
I'm being told this game will be played next Thursday. The Anahuac site has a scroll saying no varsity game this week.

Just a heads up to Indian fans if PN-G wins Friday they will be (9-0) for the first time since 1989. That was the first season under Danny Malone.

I have checked with one of our local voters and he for sure did not vote for Buna, he is stunned as well.
-
If you think PN-G is overated you haven't seen them in a while. From seeing the teams up close multiple times I think them and Central are both top 10 teams.

I know there's got to be a mistake.

What song would best describe your team?

PN-G can use what the Texans have ran out to Sickness by Disturbed On Scores, Boom POD End of game, Bodies But I'll take Cherokee -
I know the entire story but point blank this is a kid and Dave and I have decided not to touch the story even though calls have been made and details collected. As a former athlete myself I think athletes are wrongly treated differently than other students that might be suspended for the same type of things. Seriously stories could be ran everyday on kids making mistakes but what is the point. Just my opinion.

*Vidor vs. PN-G/PNG wins 35-13/Comments
AshlyHasBeen replied to KFDM COOP's topic in SETXsports Archived Threads
Actually I was on the field and have tape of both plays. Vidor did actually fumble the ball. And the official made the correct call at the goaline, the players knee was down before the ball crossed the plane. Big time call that usually isn't called in hs, the reporter with me said the same thing. -
AP Poll/PAM AND OTHER AREA TEAMS MAKE IT
AshlyHasBeen replied to AshlyHasBeen's topic in SETXsports Archived Threads
PN-G dropped from 12th to a tie for 13th. Our local voter in the poll is giving respect to SE Texas teams but it's not catching on around the state. -

Not sure if anyone noticed but Central started last nights game wearing marroon jerseys and pants after halftime they returned to the field in black jerseys and silver pants. Reminded me of the Mighty Ducks movie.
