  1. Not a typical Newton game, for sure. Hopefully you guys will right the ship soon.
  2. Congrats to H-F on the big win!
  3. Way to go Longhorns!!
  4. Sorry about the loss guys. PN-G's defense is looking good this year. The offense is still a bit suspect at this point, but hopefully you will get things going in the right direction soon. Good luck next week.
  5. I hate to hear that about Cody. All of us in Nederland can certainly empathize with you guys. I hope that his injury isn't too serious. Thoughts & prayers from Nederland.
  6. Wow! Looks like it was a good game. Congrats to both!
  7. Congrats to WO-S on the win. I agree Scalp 'em, LC-M will will be tough this year. Good job guys.
  8. Good showing by Vidor tonight. You guys are gonna be tough again this year.
  9. Great job by the Dogs this week. This will do nothing but build confidence in not only Bellow, but in the entire team. [move]WAY TO GO DOGS!! [/move]
  10. Not much has changed as far as I am concerned . . . Dayton and Central vie for the #1 & 2 spots. After that, I think it is pretty much wide open.
  11. I loved Mid-South Wrestling! It's hard for me to pick a top 5, but just off the top of my head, I'd say (in no particular order) . . . Paul Orndorf Hacksaw Duggan (when he first came in, he was crazy!) The Rock & Roll Express JYD (of course) Barry Windham Even though MId-South was independent, they often brought in wrestlers from other organizations in Florida, Texas, Tennessee, Georgia, etc. That was a great promotion, and of course, it is where Jim Ross got his start.
  12. I was impressed with PNG (especially their defense) last Friday. It won't be a blowout, but PNG wins.
  13. Those comments will definately fire the Broncos up! I'd hate to be Nacogdoches right about now!
  14. Ouch! 12-12 here. I forgot to highlight one game. :-\
  15. I am not so much worried about the outcome of the next two games as I will be when district rolls around. Of course wins would be nice, but IMO, they are not nearly as important as seeing to it that Kirby gets comfortable and effective, as the starter. I have faith that he will do well (just as I know the O-Line & running game will improve), as his team mates & the city rally around him.
  16. I have to agree. Although I am picking Ned to win, I think it will be a close, hard-fought game.

  18. Yeah, I have to agree with you there. I don't think the average Ned fan really knew what we had at the WR position. I know I didn't! Of course, there was a lot of pre-season talk, but I never take that seriously.
  19. I know the coach as well, and that is why I know they will be OK. He is installing the foundation for a solid program at LU.

  21. Tough losses for our Lady Cards. Hopefully they will fare better at this weekend's tournaments.
  22. If both teams are 100%, it will be another classic!
  23. That surprised me as well. Congrats on the big win!!
  24. Congrats on the win! Looks like you guys are off to a great start!
  25. That is much better than some of the rumors that were being reported earlier.
