The Texas Copperheads are the former Katy Copperheads of the 2006 NIFL. Since the NIFL has franchise rights in Katy and the AFL has franchise rights in Houston, the Copperheads are now based in the Cy Fair area (NW Houston). I haven't heard too much about this year's roster. Several of our standout players from years past are now with Coach Blake and the Texas Copperheads of af2.

So how did the tryouts go? What are some things we can look forward to this season?

I have been a Drillers fan since season 1. I am looking forward to getting the '07 season underway and seeing how things pan out this year!
