One other thing when speaking about our classless coaches. in 2007 and 2008 we could have scored 60 or 70 points each game against your total of 21 total. But our classless coaches called off the dogs in the 3rd quarter.

You know the truth is that yeah that night you were better but you have to admit that the gifts that you recieved {unforced fumbles} had a lot to do with your victory. I just have to say that it seems to me that Crosby has been the classless one all that you can do is talk about beating Dayton. Great you beat us one out of a million times every dog has it's day you had yours congrats. The truth is that the Crosby game had just become just another football game. Crosby has failed to make a game of it in recent years hopefully you'll can keep it up and really make it a rivalry again. P.S. I highly doubt that what you are saying about the Dayton coaches is true, I don't know you but I would haved to call B.S. on that.
there you go again!!!!! (1 and 1,000,000) talk about what you done not what you did...Just proves my point...... .Yes there were turnovers but If your good enough, those don't happen...... Fact is Crosby was better than you this year....... But you just cant handle it........ PS It did happen, find some one with the film and you will see it with your own eyes. I took it off the board because I thought about it and did not want to make a big deal about it.....but it did happen
If you had bother to read my post you would have read that I said that you did beat us this year, congrats. Were you better than us overall this year in district yes overall no. Concerning what has happened over the past couple of years I think that it is very relevant, it establishes us as a program not just lucky and the recipient of gifts from a team not playing very well. Now I was there at the Montgomery game and was actually pretty wrapped up in the game. If all that you had to do was to watch our coaches to see how they reacted that is just sad I myself was watching the play and glad to see Crosby advance. I would have to say that you saw what you wanted to see. After reading all the Crosby posts since they defeated Dayton I just hope that they can field a competitive team next year. I am out see ya next year at Daytons stadium

I guess that all of the Dayton posters are right Crosby thinks that there win over Dayton was there State championship game. I guess it just goes to show how beat down Crosby had become over the past several years. It is going to be terrible for them next year when Dayton resumes there dominance.

I was sitting her thinking about the Broncos not just this season but the last 3 seasons. What an accomplishment each group has had. As I was watching our Broncos try there best last night only to come up short my eyes noticed the group standing on the sidelines the Freshman and the J.V players brought up by Coach Stewart basically to watch the varsity. The last 3 groups have set the bar very hi. The groups coming are very talanted but I think that the thing that seperates them from almost everyone else is what they have witnessed. By this I mean how hard each of the 3 groups before them have worked, there passion for the game, by being coachable Never giving up, etc. I think that we will be able to look back in the years coming and say that the 07,08,09 Broncos have changed our culture in that now these younger groups expect to win and know that if they listen to there coaching staff they can get them there. I am even willing to say that there influence has deeper roots if you happen by one of the elementary schools in Dayton watch what is hapening at recess almost all of the young boys and even some girls are playing football, and if you happen to listen you can hear that they are not claiming the names of Matt Schaub or Brett Favre or even Adrian Peterson. You hear them say I am Cody, I am A.J., I am Tony etc. Now these young kids who seem to love football have new idols and they are the Broncos of the past. Now they will become the Broncos of the future. Great season Broncos you will always be champions.

First let me say Congrats Brenham go get em next week bring back the state title to region 3. We will see ya next year. Secondly let me say congrats on a great year Dayton. You left it all on the field. To the group of young men that were there for the semifinals loss to Lake Travis and last years State appearance thank you, you and the past Broncos have shown the way for our up coming groups. Through your hard work, dedication and never quit attitudes you have shown the underclassmen how it is done.

Yep I agree when they are on defense we need to make all the noise that we can but when they are on offense it is a different story. I saw a lot of people making a lot of noise when we were on offense and even encouraging others to yell and scream we need to stop this so that the team can hear the cadence, calls etc.Yell on defense quiet on offense. By the way excellent fan support at Tully stadium
If the offense comes out firing then I don't see Brenham hanging.
I think that you are right I can see this QB having flashbacks of some of the hits he took last year. -
Dayton vs. E.l. Campo predictions?
Fire that defense up. That front three is absolutely key to the defense and they've played their butts off this year.
I couldn't agree more the front 3 plus N.L. on 3 rd down is definetly the stregnth of the Bronco Defense. Great year so far. -

Appling is your main concern. Time of possession will play a big part in this one. I'll take Dayton by 10, mainly because the last 3 teams they've faced, have similar styles. All 3 love to run, but El Campo has a better defense than the other 2. Come out and take them seriously and it should be Dayton vs Brenham/Angleton next weekend. Hopefully i'll get to see a grudge match from last years reginal final...minus Cody Green and A.J. Dugat. Good luck Dayton, you have this cubs support.
This Bronco team is much better defensively this year and weaker or maybe just younger than last--but I believe they are a better all around team this year.
I believe that it is awful early to say that. They have had a very easy road thus far we should wait and see them against some better competition. I believe that last years team offensively has set the standard pretty hi, remember that last year we usually called the dogs off early in the 3 quarter and still averaged in the 40s. I also believe that 2007's team set the standard for defense with last years team obviously not being quite as good on defense but still very good. Lets see these boys against teams the level of Livingston and Kerrville Tivy, the 2007 Waller team, Lake Travis before we start crowning them just yet. NO doubt defensively they have been very impressive to date I just don't believe that they have been really tested yet. They could prove to be the best Dayton team Defensively to date they have that kind of talent.
That's great for the appling family. Now let's go out there and give El Campo the type of loss that their family can really be ashamed of.
;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D -
Dayton vs. E.l. Campo predictions?

Congrats Broncos it looks like were on our way again. Concerning El Campo I just have a hard time believing that a strictly running team is going to score enough to beat us right now. I know that there are some teams out there maybe Angelton that will challange us on the ground, but defensively I think we are just too solid against the run.The one thing that I did notice last night on pass plays was much better coverage by our secondary especially Evan Brown he has had 2 really good games in a row. Offensively the "O" line continues to dominate. I do not think that we will put up 40 points on El Campo but I can see the mid 20 and that will be enough Broncos 28 Ricebirds 7. -
Just a flat out dominating job by the defense tonight, our front three are playing as well as I have seen them along with 3 down defensive tackle N. L Hines. Great job by all four of these young men tonight definetly the stregnth of our defense. Overall this is one of the more complete games that our defense has played . The secondary is coming around as well.I believe that we are peaking at the right time. It looks like El Campo will be a pretty good test. GO BRONCOS
