OK, I was picking about the lights and all, I do enjoy the halftime show, it is cool. I have to say Vidor fans are real, win or lose the stands are always full. Lumberton fans need to take note.

Not only will Lumberton win the game by two touch downs. The Field will be painted prettier than any in the area. For 2006 LR will also have a New Run through with smoke and all...sweet...I am glad we have not played at Vidors Home coming for some reason at half time there lights always go out? Vidor must not pay the light bill.

Well if anything Lumberton is getting news and any news is good news. Once more I must stand on my soap box. You can not base the 2006 team on past teams, these kids coming up as juniors and a few seniors and been playing together from flag football teams, plus they have had the same coach since 7th grade running the same offense(not the John Fuller) run and shoot that you have seen the last 10 years, a totally new offense for Lumberton. Lumberton Football is a whole new game, I as a football fan and a parent have not missed a game with these kids and have been to many practices, these kids and hunger and tired of put downs not only from the area school, but from the community as as well. So when comes time to snap thier chin straps its on.

The point is Central was already a great school, and I did not realize that both Central and Ozen were magnets schools. The media and the whole of BMT seems to put Ozen on a pedestal and Central and West Brook, until the both starting winning were forgotten. Ozen is around 1500 students you tell me that if sent all these great student to the other two high school how much better those teams colud be. Instead Bmt is try to build a wining team of one campus. I hear this every but in Beaumont....again just a opinion.

I do think that way about Ozen, simply because that school should be 5A, I think BMT ISD should have keep Central and West Brook and by making Ozen a Magnet school it should be 5A, but some how BMT ISD has found a loop hole to keep the school 4A, this is nothing personal, I think the kids and coachs are doing a great job. I have a problem with the Politics, it is almost like BMT is trying to recreate Herbert, same colors, same mascot and same school. I played Hebert High, and Ozen will never be that team....Just one mans opinion.

I would go with Central over Ozen, I don't think Ozen will even make the playoff this year, I never have been impressed with that team. I say they will be fourth or fifth in district..you can quote me on that.

Nov. 11, 2006 the playoff picture will be clear and if the LR do not make the playoffs, I will eat crow, seagull or buzzard, however went the do make the playoffs, what are you guys going to do?

I watch BC dismantle Jasper in the playoffs last season, we know BC is a quailty team that is we Coach Credeur wanted to play BC, to get our kids ready for a hard hittting 22-4A.

Lumberton already has a Pirate in their sights "VP".

I can't say what teams we might lose to, in 22-4A it could be anyone remember any give friday night....now I am thinking more 8-2?
