Unfortunately, their offense is inept without Abrams going off. Watch closely, if Abrams is shut down, so is the rest of the offense. I hate to say it, but Sweet 16 at best & if they don't make it that far, it wouldn't be a surprise at all.

Maybe you're right about Balbay, but I've watched him since the tourney in Hawaii & it seems to me that he's still not quite sure what his role is. At the beginning of the season he was trying to be a scorer & now he's trying to be more of a point guard but still has the scorers mentality in him. I hope the UT coaches can get him producing quickly so they can live up to their early season predictions.

As much as I hate to admit it, UT is highly overrated this year. Abrams is having to work way too hard to get his shots off & Balbay and Atchley aren't top D1 talent. Perhaps Barnes is falling behind in his recruiting efforts.

I beg to differ. Some of this year's freshmen will win varsity games for us next year & the years after that. Everyone seems to forget that this thread was started by a Silsbee fan who proclaimed HJ's success in this district was over. After the HJ freshmen have totally dominated the Silsbee freshmen this year & still have another opportunity to beat them again, who in their right mind would make such a ridiculous assertion? I can't wait for the 2010-2011 & 2011-2012 seasons when the HJ boys dominate Silsbee again!!! im sorry but your freshman arent going to win any of your varsity games for you... you should probably be talking about the team that is playing for you right now not 2 years down the road or next year
