What about #44 Brandon Mcgowan? I thought he was pretty good when he played against Lumberton. He was getting in the backfield quite a bit. I was told by a Lumberton player that he was very fast and strong and some of our lineman were having a difficult time blocking him. Not very tall but 240+ lbs...I think. I thought he was the best D-Lineman from Livingston that night. I don't know much about the Wagner kid but I'm surprised McGowan hasn't received more recognition. Is he receiving any interest?

Does anyone know the list of recruits Lamar hosted over the weekend or who all from this area they have offered thus far? Also, is Lamar going to run the spread? I hope not...I like the Pro-Set myself.

Does the PA News Super Team usually only include Mid-County players or does it include the entire area. I thought last year I seen mostly if not all Mid-County players but since Stowers is the Coach and he's Beaumont...I'm not sure. Anyone know?

Yes he is. He has a dual personality on here. Maverick 24 is the vilan and iwonsee is the mediator and the 2 characters even talk to each other sometimes and are friends. It's comical. Actually this was his 3rd season and they are 23-10 under AC. Still pretty good considering where they were the 40 years before! I'm sorry I got confused. Its not lamarque its Jasper and there is interest both ways for ad/hc. and yes Jasper will pay more than lumberton. And you know that Jasper would pay more than Lumberton because...? Nope, because how would I know if they said that or not? We shall see what happens. I'll believe it when I see it. Even if Lamarque is recruiting him, I don't think he would leave Lumberton to go there, especially as a DC. It may be a good way to get a well deserved raise though kinda like Ned coach last year.

Thats Funny right there I dont care who you are!!! C Mike is by far the best HS running Back in the area. Now if I am looking for a College Player I am looking for a kid that can take the every play abuse that is so Dif. at the next level. A player that can give a hit as well as take one 30 + times a game. Hanna is one of the kids in this area that has done this week in and out, Plays both ways almost the entire game. C Mike will play somewhere at the next level but would not expect him to be a feature back at a big school, Same with Grogan. Grogan can hit the big play but not sure he could or would want to run 30+ times a game where Hanna just seems to get better the more he touches the ball. So as a Col. Coach give me The Big Strong Bruiser that can and wants to carry 30+ times. With that said Good Luck to all the young men looking to play at the next level. I will Pull for all of you!! You don't know too much about college football or recruiting my friend. Come on now Mav. Why would you not expect Michaels to be a feature back at a big school? You mean like LSU, Florida, Texas A&M...just to name a few schools that would take him to be there feature back. I would consider them to BIG schools. Come on now iwonsee.
