Sure he got run down..he moves a lot East and West looking for room. That tends to get you run down from behind. The kid is fast. If he isn't the fastest on the team that is nothing but a good thing for the Dogs. Did Stubblefield play in that game? I don't recall hearing his name (speakers were too far away to hear much).

Listen to the last of this game. Sounded like a good game. Congrats to the Indians on their 1st win. Puts them in a good shape for a playoff spot.

I think this is the right take on the game. I haven't seen WO-S this year and don't need to have seen them to know what to expect. Offensively they have the ability to break it on any play. Defensively every time you score on them you have to feel like you climbed a mountain. As far as Jasper, even though the offense put up big points on HF I am still skeptical of how they will execute against the speed of WO-S. I expect Brooks will work hard on the passing game this week because there is no way Bailey will average 10 yards per carry this week (sure hope I am wrong). Defensive side of the ball I think Jasper is pretty solid. Decent size on the line, good speed all over the field..not the fastest Jasper team I have seen but fast. The key to the game for Jasper is to keep Bronson the ball in open space and hope for some turnovers. Game should be 3 TDS in favor of WO-S but with some luck and a good game plan Jasper can make a game of it like Silsbee did.

Those are amazing numbers considering the districts that they have played in through those years. Has WO-S every had a losing record in district?

Don't be ashamed of losing to Huffman they had a stretch of about 3 years where they were a very good football team. That Giddings team last year was very good as well. I saw the 98 silsbee game..you should have won that one. Not sure about 03 ozen..was that when wells was there?

League by himself?? Malcolm Bronson is the best player on that team. Bailey is a speedster and his skills are really paying huge dividends. If Jasper continues to develop a passing game they will only get better. As far as the best in the district..of the players I have seen that belongs to DPG of WOS.

I am not sure Silsbee hanging a loss on kirbyville would be good for Jasper's playoff chances, but I kind feel the same way
