[/quote] Lucky for you for CO Wilson was undefeated that year also [/quote]I knew that... those boys played each other every year in youth football.  It was always a battle and both teams had respect for the other.  I expect Ned to make a big run deep in the playoffs.... They have tons of talent.

I absolutely agree with you brubaker that after beating LaMarque we looked like we were on to something.  The difference is that during those years we had a core group of plays that were going to be run every single game.... then we would have other plays that were added for the opponent of that week.  We only had one week that we scored more that 2 touchdowns and we have yet to run most of the plays that were successful since that week.... that was week 1 of district.  Losing 7 coaches this year has been tougher to deal with than anyone expected. I don't envy the spot Credeur is in.  It will not be any easier next year.  They have no returning ball handlers ...(except Manley) .. Scoring will be tough. I will still be there rooting them on because I'm a Raider!!!

[/quote]Nederland can count on a victory!!!! We  WILL run plays that don't make sense, you WILL see players on the sideline that need to be on the field.... All of the fans that are there every single week have seen it over and over and over and over!!!  I expect the same for the last 2 games of this season.  I can't even express how disappointed i am for a group of boys who won a bunch of football games until they were on Varsity (undefeated in middle school and a very good Freshman year)... I am gonna bite my tongue and not say everything that I have wanted to say for a long time...Go out there and fight as hard as you can boys!

Garrett Bourque  from Lumberton 2 touchdowns on his first 3 touches 1st was 65 yard touchdown on a short pass ( play of the week on channel 12) 2nd was a 33 yard run ... Don't know yardage but had a very good district opener

Raiders beat "the hill" by 2 scores... BH fans are silent for next 2 weeks

Raiders by 2 scores.... Raiders will open up and score 25 at "the hill"...Time to let our QB earn his stripes.  Go get em boys!!!

It's gonna be a hard hitting battle ... just like it has been from the first meeting.  Hope our offense corrects the mistakes and gets some momentum to carry in to district play.  Go Raiders  !!!

Raiders 27 -  Pats 13.........  Beginning of a much improved Raider season...  GCM will get out-played ALL NIGHT LONG.

From what I saw in the GCM scrimages.... you guys are crazy if you think they will beat Lumberton by some huge margin (60-0 or 35-7)... "Sure would be nice for the Raiders to go get a victory and then maybe we could get support from some of our own fans" (he said in his most sarcastic voice)... Its too early in the season to be so negative!!  Prove em wrong boys..GO RAIDERS!!

Guess we will find out for sure on Thursday,  I hope GCM keeps thinkin those Raiddrs are gonna lay down. . . Not this bunch.
