Very bold statement considering we are losing about 17 seniors with 10 of those being OUTSTANDING PLAYERS!!! I am a very loyal fan regardless but I just dont see us making it to the championship next year. Sorry...I love the wildcats though!!!! Now, in 2 years...yes maybe!!! lol

Please...are you kidding me...B.E. never gives our kids props at least not until 2 weeks ago when they learned we could possibly be going to the title game. They have NEVER been there for us in Kirbyville!!!

Great post OLDYELLER21...great post!!!! Everything you mentioned is so true! Our local papers have kville players in there every week. Its just so sad to see our kids go out this way. They do deserve better than what they received!

Well thats really sad, but true. Beaumont enterprise really didnt have much about Kirbyville in their paper until week 12. I have complained many times about the lack of press our kids get up here, but obviously it doesnt help.

The only thing about Musgrove is that he doesn't want to play college football, only baseball which he is better at if you can believe it. Walters yes, and most definately Hazlewood! Kid has tons of heart, talent, and is very fast. Small but you are starting to see alot of small guys in big rolls in college football. Heck, Toderick Pendland(spl) from Newton is starting at RB for McNeese and is 175 lbs soaking wet, and is doing a great job! Yea I knew Randy didnt want to play college football, but I thought if anyone COULD it would be him!!! He is a SUPERSTUD in Baseball incase you havent seen him play. He will definetely play college baseball..no doubt. I thought Walters was just a BEAST!!! He left his mark in all the games he played. I'm sure some of those mules are feeling the hurt about now..lol

You know as I spoke to my husband about this I told him this is why I dont think its right to pull starters out in the 2nd or 3rd quarter or 4th for that matter. These so called experts are obvioulsy going by numbers and our kids numbers hurt for the fact they had to be pulled so we wouldnt run the score up on other teams. Now how fair is that to them now? Just rediculous..not to mention, Rhodes and Jackson played both sides of the ball..so if these kids were the only backs, and only played one side of the ball...they would have had higher yardage... guarantee! And how come we dont have anyone voting from our area? That doesnt seem fair at all!!!

The QB is a Sr. and they will lose alot to graduation this yr. I counted something like 12-14 Sr. on their reg. season roster of 24. Yea I saw that too.. thank god he will not be around next year..LOL Hats off to muleshoe..they played an awesome game!!! Tough competitors!

Wow...what an amazing season! First I have to thank all the football players and coaches for making this season one I will never forget!!! You guys have a brought the spirit and life back into Kirbyville and you should be proud of yourselves. I think we might have left maybe 2 people back in kirbyville Saturday night. I was so proud to see the community and surrounding areas come out to support you. You guys played a heck of a football game and even though you fell short, YOU ARE HEROS in Kirbyville!!! My heart goes out to you guys because I know how much you wanted that trophy, but please never hang your heads because you have definetely accomplished more in the last 14 weeks that most could only dream of. WE ARE PROUD OF YOU!!!! 2nd I would like to thank setxsports and broadcasters for always being there for our team and supporting us. Adam and Dennis you guys have done a great job and I hope to see you guys back next year! CONGRATS WILDCATS ON THE GREATEST SEASON EVER! WE LOVE YOU AND IN OUR EYES YOU STILL ARE #1 AND ALWAYS WILL BE!!! And not to leave anyone out...WAY TO GO CHEERLEADERS AND WATERBOYS!!! I know several AD's who do not have Masters Degree..so I dont think this a Rule or Law that an AD has to have a Masters degree.
