  1. What a shame these games were changed from the original schedule. Making an athlete choose between playing in softball playoffs or traveling to Austin to compete in the State Track Meet.
  2. Look at this link from this game. Props to both schools for participating in this. [Hidden Content]
  3. Does the small circle represent rings? Seriously though, this Silsbee team is very talented and deep. They should be able to get to the Championship game again. Key word is SHOULD. There have been some crazy things happen over the years with very talented Silsbee teams.
  4. I was looking forward to him playing and think he would have been a great addition.
  5. What time is tipoff?
  6. Was this ever announced?
  7. Good hire for Jasper. He does have Head Coach experience... He was the head coach at WOS before he left for the Dallas area for several years and then came back as an assistant.
  8. I do want to commend Mr. Arnold for going through with his commitment. I'm sure it wasn't an easy decision for any of these kids to make. My question is if any of these kids that have asked for a release had a major incident, would Baylor still be standing behind them? Would you think the University owed it to the individual to stand by their part of the commitment?
  9. Brandon Granger
  10. I did see these comments after the 8 previous comments made by you, which have nothing to do with this thread.
  11. Congratulations! It has been fun watching you grow and play for so many years and hope to make a game or two. Work hard and get your education.
  12. Wow! I saw this thread had 30 comments and I thought the SETX community was showing support for this fine young man. Instead, it was hijacked by someone with their own agenda. Not every situation is about YOU, DV. Jamerson is a great kid with tons of talent and I am pleased to see him getting the opportunity to continue playing while getting an education. Congrats to him and his parents.
