Look for OF to continue to grow. They may be closer to 600 at next realignment.

Congrats Lady Bobcats on your first outright district championship since 1992. I have really enjoyed watching this team get better with each game. Coach Jost has done a tremendous job this season. The team has really grown since the first of the season. We've still got some unfinished business to take care of though. Go get after those Lady Hawks on Tuesday and lets remain perfect in district!!!

I was hard on some Orangefield fans a few weeks back, but let me tell you how proud I was of them tonight. When the WOS girls first came out to warmup, not one fan was on the WOS side. The Orangefield fans applauded for them when the took the court. Nice sign of sportsmanship by our fans. I was happy to see a few fans from WOS show up before the game started. I will give them this, their coach did not give up. He was coaching those girls until the last buzzer.

What does HF and HJ have coming back. I know BC has about the whole team back. WOS is the favorite (what else is new), followed by Silsbee in my book. The third spot is up for grabs!!

That was a game that I looked forward to on WOS schedule. Guess they were tired of getting beat by a 3A school. ;D

I like the six team district better than the eight. Gives us smaller schools a better chance to get into the playoffs.

Thats funny stuff crushcoach but you are correct. The Orangedfield people are going to let me have it now. I can already hear the "old" jokes coming. They are blasting me right now on the Orangefield website. Sorry, Couldn't resist it. I can remember seeing you quite often in High School, the only bad thing was I was looking at your back most of the time. How's that, were you sitting in the stands behind him while he was riding the bench?

No it was the boys playoff game played at Ozen. It was not a big deal. Couple of players got tangled up, a punch was thrown, but the benches did not clear and no fans were involved. The refs and coaches got things under control quickly and the game went on without any further incidents!!

Sure they can, especially with the game being at HF. That's one of the toughest places to play in this district. There is alot on the line for OF, a win would all but seal up a district championship. Should be a good game!!

It was a sloppy game, but a win is a win. The ladies have responded well the last two games playing without the conference's leading scorer. Good Job ladies. Hopefully Tamara will be better by Saturday. I can't say enough about Coach Tidwell and his staff. I knew this team would be better, but was not really expecting 5-0. Good job coaches and girls. Keep it up. Attendence seems to be growing with each game. Everyone get out there Saturday and support these ladies, they deserve it!!!
