  1. You should be fine. I know they close at 8, but not sure what time they stop serving. I think they have a seafood buffet on fridays. I forgot you had volleyball, I was going to tell you we are tailgating if you wanted to come by.
  2. Thanks Birdman, you going to the game?
  3. Hey mom are these boys coming off of injuries? So is everyone back for BC now?
  4. Brett's stats may not look jaw dropping, but he means so much for the team. He's a great leader and more importanly a great student. Good young man!!
  5. We'll be ready!! I promise you that.
  6. Thanks GS. We're getting better each week, just got to keep doing that.
  7. I could not agree with you more Broadcaster. Orangefield was very well prepared for this game. I really don't understand Jaspers offense either. I don't think they have the players to run that offense. The passing game is not good, so just stack the line and if they can't get outside its over. Great win for my Bobcats. 33-7!!
  8. Don't let the mascots get too close together
  9. We're bringing a crowd to Jasper. Gotta checkout the Catfish Cabin first though!!
  10. Orangefield JV 14 Jasper JV 6 Orangefield Freshman 19 Jasper 0 OF JV (4-1) OF Freshman (5-0)

  12. OF - 3 HJ - 0
  13. Orangeboy is coming around!
  14. Thats fine, thats what everyone was saying about Silsbee too. We'll be ok.
  15. If we play with the same enthusiasm we did last night and eliminate the turnovers, we will be ok. Should be another good game. Jasper scares me, they are hungry for that first w.
  16. I'm proud of our guys. They played their butts off tonight. No one gave us much of a chance in this game. We had 4 turnovers and one costly with about 4 minutes in the 4th we fumbled on the 15 and were driving for a chance to possibly tie the game. Nothing to hang our heads about.
  17. OF played WOS last year for homecoming, not by choice though. We were suppose to play Buna, but that was cancelled due to Rita and WOS was the only other home game we could schedule homecoming.
  18. You have to forgive Bleed, he's getting up there in age!!!!!!
  19. Good article. Ben is a good kid from a good family. I like his three wishes in the article.
  20. Orangefield upsets Silsbee
  21. I saw Silsbee last night and I was impressed. Big and Fast. We will have to play mistake free. We are not real big and not very fast, but we play with alot of heart. If our defense can make some stops, it might be closer than everyone thinks.
  22. Jeff was probably the best overall high school athlete I ever saw. He was an high school all american in football and baseball. Most people remember him as a great pitcher which he was, but he also tied the national high school record for consecutive games with a hit and was third in the 400 meters at the state track meet. At one time he held the A&M strikeout record, not sure if he does anymore and I think he was something like 10-2 as the Aggies starting quarterback. He was a gifted athlete that only come around once in a blue moon.
  23. I deleted JAWS post. That was uncalled for.
  24. I think you're right Gasilla. I believe the OF freshman are 3-0. Our 8th grade group is good too. We are all looking forward to when these guys are jr's and sr's. Our freshman line is just as big as our varsity.
