Not discounting marriage or affairs, that is just not a interview question in most jobs, and I honestly don’t know a job that it would get you fired. I take that back, being a pastor, it would get your fired.

You don’t get it…. We hire a person to do a job, not become our spiritual role model. I’m good at what I do, I’ve never been asked in an interview if I cheated on my wife, if I’m an alcoholic, etc….

Does a person that has an affair incapable of doing their job?
