  1. That is what I wish I had done. I'm 60
  2. Curious, what is your plan for retirement? Foe me personally, I started saving 10 years too late....but when your 30, retirement looks a lifetime away, or it did for me
  3. Seems like Beaumont is on track to beat their previous year in murders
  4. To those that think this is getting personal, this is really no different than Cardinalbacker claiming MAGA is racist, or any of the other "stuff" he sometimes post. Maga has been put in the racist bucket many times. Responding to post are optional, and I've managed to be on this board for 18 years, north of 9700 post and have never received a warning for language or personal attacks..... If I can do, so can anyone else.....I have no special skills other than restraint.
  5. It's still Trumps fault😄
  6. I agree it is worth reposting because I am correct - but this is where it turned
  7. I know you have a different circumstance than most. I have ever been without insurance for me or my child as I can't afford not to have it. I am blessed that I have an employer who pays for almost 75% of the cost per month, but at the same time, when I have applied for jobs, benefits are always negotiated before I accept.
  8. Because the topic and the outrage has already died......
  9. LOL A .09 increase - if you cared about seniors on a fixed income, you would have been constantly complaining about inflation when it hit 9% under Biden. That effected the elderly more than this would. The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services or CMS updates each year its Medicare Advantage or MA payment rates. At the end of January, it proposed for 2027 a mere 0.09% average increase, far below analysts’ expectations for a roughly 4% to 6% hike and below this year’s 5.06% increase. CMS is accepting public comments on its latest proposal through March 1, with the final rate to be announced by April 6, CMS said.
  10. My guess is Boyz does not contribute to a 401K - and admittingly he claims he does not have health insurance....So unless he is a millionaire, he is one tragic accident from bankruptcy if he ever needs extensive medical care....if he chooses not to pay, it will just be a write off for the hospital, and prices will continue to rise.
  11. Yes - DCT, Cardinalbacker and Boyz will always be negative of anything Trump does. I take them with a grain of salt, as they typically take the 20% issues and take the bait when Trump trolls them. The economy (along with the border and the fact Biden had no clue he was alive) was a huge reason Trump was elected. A week ago CNN reported that both Trump and Vance were more popular with the Republican party since the election. Trump has been in office a little over a year and keeps moving forward ignoring the Democratic mumbling's....
  12. The DOW hit an all time high same day….. It energized his base? So, we are back to Trump wining the popular vote, gained votes in every minority vote, yet MAGA base is all racist? 😂 Be sure and add deplorable's to the categorizations, it worked very well with Hillary….
  13. Mike Tyson was just on TV talking up President Trump. He told the world he was a genuine and loyal guy and always had his back. Was recently visiting him at Mara Largo….
  14. You believe that lol
  15. you should know me better than that and do some research…. A December Gallup poll further makes the case. Seventy percent of those polled say the U.S. health care system is in a state of crisis. Eighty-one percent of Democrats agree with that statement, while only 66% of Republicans and 64% of Independents concur the system is in crisis or has major problems. [Hidden Content] About 81% of Democrats and 64% of Republicans said the health care system is in serious trouble, the poll also showed. [Hidden Content]
