There is some wording issues. I follow a pretty unbiased attorney on another social media platform. He said the statute granting a 6 month extension seems to depend on whether the dismissed indictment was a "void" or voidable" act. If it was a "void" that likely means it was a nullity, did not stop the statute from running, and the statute has expired. If it was "Voidable" then it was valid until it was invalidated, the statute was met by the indictment back when it was returned, and the 6 month extension likely applies..... Any attorneys on the page care to chime in?

I was told my a friend of mine from India that they have influencing centers so to speak. They have 1000's of cheap phones in the center, all with different social media accounts and all can be controlled by a few people. I follow a very unbiased Lawyer on X who has avoided posting his opinion about the Comey case. He is pro-Trump but his opinions are unbiased. He represented from free 1-6 victims for free, accepting donations - he was a 22 year DOJ prosecutor. I made a comment under one of his post that it was very strange why he has not commented on the Comey case.....He reposted and said there is a reason...... Last night while not opinionating on the Comey case, he insinuated the appeal may not go well, and lawyers need to lawyer and come up with a plan B...... That does not give me great confidence the appeal will over turn Judges ruling. I really hope there is a Plan B.

Trump said during his first term that he didn't think it would do America any good to go after Hillary, so he didn't. If the economy does not "feel" better, the Democrats have the advantage......I have a feeling after the first of the year, with a new "Powell" , there will be cuts to prime rate, getting mortgage rates under 6%, - that will spark people that have been holding out to sell their homes, increase supply which will lower cost. Energy prices will continue to fall, which effects everything. <id-terms is not in the bag for Democrats just yet.
