At the end of January, it proposed for 2027 a mere 0.09% average increase, far below analysts’ expectations for a roughly 4% to 6% hike and below this year’s 5.06% increase. CMS is accepting public comments on its latest proposal through March 1, with the final rate to be announced by April 6, CMS said.

My guess is Boyz does not contribute to a 401K - and admittingly he claims he does not have health insurance....So unless he is a millionaire, he is one tragic accident from bankruptcy if he ever needs extensive medical care....if he chooses not to pay, it will just be a write off for the hospital, and prices will continue to rise.
