Trump said that the suspect was flown into the United States by the Biden administration in September 2021 and that his status was extended under Biden-era legislation. These folks are hard to vet due to limited information. I'm not sure if he as vetted again or not in 2024, but Biden admin has admitted under oath that not everyone brought over was properly vetted. I think the most disgusting think I have watched in the last couple days is the folks that claim the national guard is a target and should not be visible in Washington DC. I'm not sure the realize what they are saying. Has our country gotten so violent that a national guardsman cannot safely walk down the streets in uniform in the capitol of the USA? If that is true, what does it say about our country? IMO, it says Trump is correct and we DO NEED the national guard. It may be time to clean up.

There is some wording issues. I follow a pretty unbiased attorney on another social media platform. He said the statute granting a 6 month extension seems to depend on whether the dismissed indictment was a "void" or voidable" act. If it was a "void" that likely means it was a nullity, did not stop the statute from running, and the statute has expired. If it was "Voidable" then it was valid until it was invalidated, the statute was met by the indictment back when it was returned, and the 6 month extension likely applies..... Any attorneys on the page care to chime in?

I was told my a friend of mine from India that they have influencing centers so to speak. They have 1000's of cheap phones in the center, all with different social media accounts and all can be controlled by a few people. They want to get something trending on social media they can make outrageous post, getting real people to respond, and it spreads like wildfire and begins to dominate and trend. Well, 383 murders so far in Chicago population 2.7 million versus Los Angeles with 116 murders population 3.8 million, I'd say they have a problem..... Add a woman being set on fire a few days ago, that would be hard to defend....... Wonder how many lives, mostly black, could be saved if they listened to trump and accepted his help?
