[/quote] You don't need turf to practice......you can practice on any field you want.....we are in agreement there.  I would think since most tourneys are held on turfed infields it would be to a teams advantage to practice on one.....balls bounce different. With 11 kids, $65 equals $5.91 a kid........to me thats a bargin for a nice field, bleachers, lights, bathrooms and a couple vending machines.......
