very cool........thanks
Would sassafras work with any BBQ?............I have had the tea and the roots smell like root beer...never thought about using it for smoking meats.

 13. From Chester Moore off a forum, from yesterday: After hearing rumors of fish kills on the coast, I contacted Texas Parks & Wildlife Department Kills & Spills program leader Winston Denton to get the facts. He confirmed there have been some kills, mentioning Pringle Lake near Port O'Connor and reports in the Matagorda complex. TPWD is still in the process of evaluating these reports and will be monitoring areas along the coast. "There have been some widespread reports of kills but no large numbers all over confirmed yet," Denton said. "It could be the fish had a chance to get out to deep water before the Arctic front moved through and they made it or it could be more have been killed and have not floated up yet." We will be monitoring this situation and will post any findings immediately here at TFG Forums. Chester Moore Executive Editor Texas Fish & Game Update: Just got an email back from Texas Parks & Wildlife Department biologist Art Morris who said they are readying a press release about the kills. __________________
Or dead. I've heard that  there was some fish kill due to the extreme cold, especially farther south. Anyone know of any fish kill locally?
I have not heard about this.  I would think that the lake has deep enough water so the few days would not hurt the fish.  I need to research!

Every time he steps on the field he is a threat to score. His defense is unparralel to anyone in his league. I remember when he was a baby and JJ and I would beat him up lol. He has come a long way. All he played with as a young kid was older kids and it shows now because he is a few steps ahead of most kids his age. I can also credit his athleticism to playing with the Port Arthur Cowboys who were not as succesful as PNG WHITE was and will continue to be, but the Cowboys offered the experience and oppurtunity to play against kids that were close to him in talent and a select few who may have been better. The second i saw him try out for PNG WHITE I said that he was going rock this league, and he did. The way he plays makes his teammates play at a higher level because they know if we can stop them and get the ball back, Shug can score, or if we can make all our blocking assignments, no one will catch him. He can hit, he has speed, he has the strength and upbringing to be very succesful. He is not a cocky kid because dad did not raise him to be that way. He just lets his play talk. The scary thing is, he is only going to get better. This summer he will be running track, the boy does 200 pushups a night. All he needs is a little more meat on his bones. As long as he has his current coaching staff he will be ok. They knew how to build the offense around him and how to use his athleticism as a decoy for play action and QB keeps. They did a wonderful job at practice instilling the fundamentals and the practices were well organized. Congratulations on PNG WHITES SEASON AND SUPER BOWL WIN!!! As for you guys who think my brother will be stopped at the next level. He was already faster than alot of the kids above him and his talent will only increase with his competition. I am a firm believer that my bro will continue dominance even though his stats will decrease. However, the results will remain the same. BEWARE PNG WHITE #28, THE BEST IN THE PEEWEE LEAGUE CURRENTLY AND AIMING FOR THE TITLE NEXT YEAR AT THE NEXT LEVEL. DO NOT DOUBT MY BROTHER, HE WILL DELIVER!!!!
Yes #28 is a good player for PNG Peewee White. But to bad he did play against WOS JR. WHITE because we have 10 player that have his athleticism.
Are you saying to get the same athleticism at WO-S you would have to put a peewee player from PNG agianst your Jr. players?  You should of just left it #28 is a good player!
Like i said #28 is a great player. These same Jr. players that im talking about he will face the in the near futher and it could be next year. In my eyes he is the best kid in mid-county. Matter of fact he played in the King Classic with our Peewee Team in December.  See you next year, maybe! Its baseball time and im in baseball mood. LETS GO GULF COAST STORM. ;D ;D
Cool.....have fun my friend

 17. I just did some research......there are several camps hosted by professional and college coaches/players. They range from $300-$700, depending who and what you choose.  I'm more confused now than before.
 18. Not sure..........I doubt it.  There has been very little response to this.
 19. Not sure why Lazeek could not be there, but I used his seats........VERY NICE SEATS..... My son had a blast, the Ark. Coach was a drama queen and really gave it to the ref's. My son was crackin up. Thanks Lazeek.............

 22.
Because I am just speaking of the 1952 Terrell Tigers, They scored 516 points and only allowed 110 in 15 games finished 15-0 and no team scored more than 13 points on them. NOT saying they one more championships than anyone, just saying they dominated the 1952 season like no other team dominated one season ever and one the state championship. And my Father just happened to play on that team, so maybe I was a little biased, but search the archives if you want and find a better PF/PA record, undefeated record and state championship team, for any one year and I will give you credit for finding it. But just wanted to put out there, a team, that is legendary in High School Football history, for their achievements in 1952. The question was asked and I answered it with my opinion, it really doesn't need justifying to you, because it is just that, my opinion. I was speaking of one team, not a high school history. I doubt seriously if one team won your 5 championships, especially since it spans from 1965 to 1991. That puts some of those seniors at about 45 years old. Just saying.
Good grief..........keep your hat on!  I was just asking "why" to your statement.  I hope you have a drink tonight to relieve some of that stress you got bottled up  ;)
