  1. So your first line tells me you're not a Republican...... As for voting for someone, I guess we might as well give up. The latest FiveThirtyEight polls (the most accurate in 2016 election, shows if election was held 8-4 thru 8-6, Biden is up 6 points over Desantis........and Biden over Trump by 1 point........an August 1st poll has Trump up by 3 points over Desantis Trump can't win is a Democratic talking point that started in 2016....... 2. I would not be that confident in him.....if you were convicted of murder, would you want this guy on your side? From 2010 to 2015, Smith served under Obama’s Attorney General Eric Holder, leading the DOJ’s Public Integrity Section. The Obama Administration set in motion Democrats’ Coup against Trump from Day One of his presidency. (Excerpt from Lee Smith’s book, October 2019, “The Plot Against the President: The True Story of How Congressman Devin Nunes Uncovered the Biggest Political Scandal in U.S. History”). Among his more notable corruption cases, Smith prosecuted the former governor of Virginia, Robert McDonnell, a Republican. Although Smith scored a conviction against McDonnell, the case was later overturned by the U.S. Supreme Court in a unanimous 8-0 decision. The Court observed that “there is no doubt that this case is distasteful; it may be worse than that. But our concern is not with tawdry tales of Ferraris, Rolexes, and ball gowns. It is instead with the broader legal implications of the Government’s boundless interpretation of the federal bribery statute.” (Politico, 6/27/16). The High Court also rebuked Smith and warned that “the uncontrolled power of criminal prosecutors is a threat to our separation of powers.” Smith prosecuted and convicted former Democrat vice presidential nominee John Edwards. “By not losing on any of the six felony counts for which he was being tried, John Edwards won the biggest victory of his political and legal life . . . A mistrial on five counts and an acquittal on one resulted in a clear -- if not complete -- legal vindication and a likely fatal setback for federal prosecutors seeking to convict the former U.S. senator and 2004 Democratic vice presidential nominee for allegedly violating the Federal Election Campaign Act.” (U.S. News, June 1, 2012). Smith prosecuted Democrat Bob Menendez on public corruption charges. The case ended in a mistrial. “The way this case started was wrong, the way it was investigated was wrong, the way it was prosecuted was wrong, and the way it was tried was wrong as well,” Menendez said outside the courtroom at the time.” (Washington Examiner, 6/5/23). Smith prosecuted Arizona congressman Rick Renzi on corruption charges, which the Supreme Court upheld. Renzi was later pardoned by former President Trump. Renzi declared that he had been “wrongly convicted by a Department of Justice that engaged in witness tampering, illegal wiretapping, and gross prosecutorial misconduct.” (Washington Examiner, 6/5/23).
  3. The Republican party is not "your party".......if it was, you would let "democracy" run its course and see if he is the nominee and if so, vote for Trump because "your party" nominated him. Vote or write in anyone else and you voted for the Democratic nominee
  4. Even if justified, shooting someone will be the worst experience of your life...the waiting to be cleared, the expense if you have to defend yourself.....the fact you ended a life....... Hell of a responsibility carrying a weapon.
  5. We have to stop trying to jail everyone we don't agree with politically...... I admit, Trump was part of the movement that got this rolling.....but he was a,so the victim of it
  6. By design? When you tell your kid no, they want it even more..... Sales chart of today's iTunes top 100 country songs 2023 is updated several times a day and was last updated Pacific Time. The current number one country song on iTunes is: Try That In A Small Town by Jason Aldean.
  7. 1. I would LOVE to see the media try and push the narrative Kamala could beat Trump.... 2. Unless we get more evidence, we don't have the votes in the Senate to remove Biden....Just like they didn't for Trump TWICE, but that didn't stop the Democrats......Why should it stop the Republicans once? The Democrats should of never opened up this door......
  8. And as far as the song......I don't particularly care for stars and stripes songs or songs about anything political. As a musician myself, originality is important to me, and these political songs sound more like commercial songs out there strictly for the money or to capitalize on an issue....... I also think no music should be censored.....Buyers choice
  9. Exactly..... If we start canceling everyone who disagrees with us politically, we may not like the results.... Willie supported Biden......I will always love Willie....
  10. Agreed….I’ve never boasted that it would. If you want to discourage people from voting for Trump you make the argument he lost the popular vote by millions and the electoral vote by 14…. What you wouldn’t bring up is 53,000 votes out of those millions was all he needed…..
  11. 53,000 votes could of changed the election……period I use more words telling you I don’t need more words😂
  12. But to my original comment, it was not a sound beating…..no matter how many words you use
  13. Yes, because that is all that matters. You don’t get extra credit for winning a State by a surplus of points. It was designed that way by our founders. You hate the constitution or something?
  14. again.......what decided 306-232 is 53,000 votes.......he was not beat soundly..... as for your bet - not a bet worth taking because I have no idea if he will win......but what I do know, is I will vote for the Republican nominee if the Democratic nominee is Biden......
  15. By your same logic, Hillary beat Trump by 2,823,224 votes.......LOL
  16. That is you best attempt? 52,956 votes decided the election..... PERIOD. No amount of noise changes that.
  17. Did he? He lost 4 states by 52,956 votes.......Had he won them, he would be President That is logic and facts.......Explain how that is a sound beating.......53,000 votes when you compare there were 158,376,434 votes. I think CNN might even have a hard time framing that as a "sound beating"
  18. So tell us about all the places you have traveled mysterious man......why are you not making beer commercials....lol You traveled from Kountze to Houston and now you are going to school us like minded people.....lol
  19. I get it, according to you all Trump voters fit in this one bucket......they are all dumb and you are Einstein..... I think you might want to read other news other than left leaning info.....Trump increased his total votes by 11 million. Joe Biden received 15.4 million more votes than Hillary did in 2016.....Doing the math, total 2016 votes versus 2020 votes, we had 22 million more people vote in 2020. Based on what we are finding out about Biden, my guess is he won't even be running in 2024, because I believe Dems know Trump stands a good chance of beating him. And just random info......that additional 22 million votes in 2020, taking the average state population of 5.7 million......is the equivalent of having the entire population of 4 additional states vote in the 2020 election...... To my knowledge, that was a first in history.....
  20. It's about the revenue.......CNN makes money off trump. 30% of my post was about Trump, the other 70% was about Biden and a third party candidate.....your response only focused on Trump......why?
  21. Trump is leading by A LOT and will get the Republican nomination unless he actually does shoot someone on 5th avenue. The Democrats are turning on Biden as most polls they believe he can't do the job.....add his pending legal troubles, along with the Hunter mess, I would not call it a sure thing to beat Trump......The other issue with Biden is the debates, more than likely he won't debate......and ulike Trump not "needing to debate cause of his numbers", Biden will give the appearance he is not fit enough to debate........ Add the possibility of a 3rd party candidate.....If that happens, that only benefits Trump..... So, I would not go as far s saying Trump can't win......if Trump was not a threat, you wouldn't be talking about him so much......
  22. I can't believe they didn't find a scapegoat. While I doubt it was Hunter, this is a horrible PR move for the White House......unless they trying to put pressure on Biden not to run.
  23. That is like the red flag of red flags.......lol
  24. It's pretty simple - If we get Biden for another 4 years we will survive. I don't see how house or senate could swing that would give the Dem's a super majority to do any real damage. Like or hate Trump, the Democratic process is working. It appears and not by a little, he has the majority of the Republican party's support. The question you should be asking is why....... If Trump gets the nomination and you vote for anyone else (for whatever reason) you vote for Biden....or, even worse, Kamala........ While Trump has his issues, and there are several I don't like, there is no question in my mind that he will do better for the Country, and equally or more importantly, I feel he will do more for ME and my family........ and while I don't feel VP's have too much effect on elections, his pick will be important......imagine a Trump/JFK ticket..........(I don't think that will happen...but)
  25. He did, but it's hard to tell if videos have been altered.
