Yes sir........I would have a hard time having that conversation with my daughters.....luckily I have a wife that feels the same as I do......and so far, so good.

I don’t have a daughter, only one Son. I married 3 years ago and have 2 stepdaughters…one is 19, the other 18….with no kids…..I would rather them(and my Son) not have sex until marriage….but I also live in reality…..I would rather supply condoms than diapers …..what about you?

I'm going to help him. I think the main thing is when two members start insulting each other and get completely off the topic discussed. There is one poster that is an EXPERT at getting people off topic and attacking him, and vice versa...... That is unproductive and adds no value to the topic or conversation....I honestly do not see much of that in the other forums

This is the problem. We have kids and adults that can't afford to take care of themselves having kids. One of the toughest decisions I made was telling my son where the condoms were.....At 10-12(I forget) I told him they were in my nightstand and I don't count them. I bought 24 and put in a container so it would look like I would not miss one.....I knew how many were inn there....lol. I didn't want to promote him having sex, but I didn't want the responsibility of a kid, and his life plan changed because of a bad decision with a girl.......I know this because most of my bad decisions involved a woman.....lol My point, we need to stop the pregnancies and abortion would not be an issue.

Would you want that for all people accused or just cops? My thoughts are laws are laws, break them and get what you get. If you come back with the higher standards argument, then shouldn't we hold teachers to that same higher standard? Wouldn't that be different rules for different people? Should a teacher be fined more for speeding than a construction worker?

I heard through the grape vine she is claiming she did not know about the weed, she was in a car that did not belong to her🤷🏻‍♂️ I don’t believe that story, unless there’s really someone stupid enough to loan someone a vehicle with 14 pounds of weed in it

I’ve known this person for about 20 years. After her divorce, 18 years ago, she went nuts, hung out at bars, hung out in my group somewhat…. I watched her spiral into an alcoholic, or what seem to be an alcoholic, and drug use. I found out she got the BISD job and was making a change in her life for the better. She used to be a teacher, but had not taught in several years….. it looks like her demons won the fight, and now has changed her life forever…..It still blows me away that she was stupid enough to drive with 14 pounds of weed….. I mean 14 pounds of weed…….

I know that guy from where I work. He would of never gave me that impression…..

I've had a wreck in a car.......and walked away...... If I had that same wreck on a motorcycle I would not have walked away.....at least a dirt box I will probably survive if I crash

Here is footage released by Dallas PD. Two things I noticed, she didn’t follow directions very well and at times she did seem sorta confused. She also mentioned she had never been ticketed for anything before, which could explain her stopping in the middle of traffic and maybe being overwhelmed with the entire situation. I’ve been drunk before, more times than I car to mention, and to me, she was not intoxicated…..was she on some prescription drug🤷🏻‍♂️

I'm sure he had some advice......but I have no issue with mask when it makes some sense to wear it.......Lumberton ISD and I think most schools had a policy I felt made no sense..... Example: When Covid first was exposed and they had the remaining football games at lumberton. There policy was you must enter the stadium wearing a mask. You must wear that mask until you get to your seat. Once at your seat, you could remove mask. So I watched the student section completely fill up, and students huddle around each other with no mask and yull and spit on each other........but when going to the restroom alone, they had to wear a mask because they were out of their seat.....I'm no doctor, but that makes zero sense.......

We do agree on some things.....

I had dirt bikes all my life and I will have another one day. I enjoy that type of riding. My years with the ambulance service plus having a good friend die on one has kept me off the streets. It seems every time I get an itch to buy one, reasoning with myself I will limit how often I drive it, there is a fatal motorcycle accident in the local paper that changes my mind. The traffic these days along with road construction makes it a death trap on a motorcycle. You typically don't walk away if you strike a vehicle, or more likely a vehicle strikes you. I'm getting old enough that it hurts when I fall down in the grass.......lol P.S. I'm not anti-motorcycle, I respect everyone's right to make their own choices

That's really my only point. The assumption of guilt from the left and media because she is a Republican's wife. As for Allen's voice on social media, he should have kept his mouth shut, although I get him trying to protect his wife's honor.

Hopefully soon to put this to rest one way or the other. Innocent or guilty I really don't care. If this was a DUI due to a prescription and not being abused, I don't see this as a big deal....

We will go the way we always have....Parents will raise their kids with mostly their views My Son is my mini-me. He is in college and still takes my advice and holds a lot of my views.... -Hate no one -Treat everyone with respect -If you have a gut feeling about someone, it's probably true-proceed with caution -Always be a gentleman (my wife and I go back and forth on that one.....she feels that opening a door or offering a chair is sexist(she married a sexist....ll))......

Big Girl.....you seem to suggest Republicans did not want to leave Afghanistan. Trump did set up the deal. If Biden didn't like the deal, he could of renegotiated.....or hell, he could of did the opposite like he does with all other Trump policies.....but he didn't. The intelligence was faulty and the method was faulty. I'm no military expert, but maybe they should of got the citizens and Afgan's out BEFORE the military.......
