  1. Not sure what is required, but did listen to someone that said a collision avoidance system would not work on that helicopter due to how old it is, and in combat they fly close sometimes and it would not be practical.

  4. This seems like a fair system, but I do see flaws using this for other jobs. I'm not sure a test can measure personality, drive or work ethic. In my company I have a good reputation for hiring good people that tend to stay around 5+ years. My secret is NOT using the company interview questions. People, even dumb ones, can google standard interview questions and find acceptable answers. So, I come from around the desk, sit next to them and ask open ended questions. If they can engage in a conversation, I will learn more from them that way versus the company directed questions. You would be surprised what you get from these "casual conversations" - I had one person tell me, once a week was an acceptable amount of days to call in.......They did not get hired.....

  7. From experience - I applied and got meals on wheels for my Father the last year he was attempting to live alone. The only think he would eat is the canned fruit. After a week of trying to get him to eat the food, I called to cancel. It took the a month to stop delivering to him. While I think it is a good program, it could be re-looked at to avoid waste
  8. How about we don't include name or race on the job application or college admission. When I managed Service Merchandise (I had 100 employees) - when I received applications. I made copies of them leaving out name and address. I gave them to my hiring manager and he called them in for interviews not knowing name, age sex or race. He and she(I had a couple) called them in based on qualifications ......and that was from 1996 to 2002....

  10. 24.2% of American Indians and Alaska Native live in poverty 20.6% of Blacks live in poverty In 2023 $780 million was awarded to the shelter and services program for food, shelter, medical care, etc. for illegal and legal aliens. What could that 780 million do to improve the lives of the top demographics in poverty that are actual America citizens? Keep in mind, that is just one of many money programs benefiting illegals..... I'm not sure why AMERICA FIRST is such a hard concept for some to get behind......

Trump did this all with a tweet from the golf course.....lol And just like that he got the illegals out and your coffee is not going up....which it never would have, I'm sure the other countries that sell coffee would have appreciated the business....

The man has been in office an ENTIRE 7 days, if you include today.......lol How about you do like I did with Obama and Biden and give him some time to see if the policies work.......If Trumps policies don't work, I'll join you in complaining..... I do find it comedic that the media made excuses for the inflation/prices under Biden for 4 years, yet all of a sudden now that Trump is in office, prices are an issue....lol
  17. If the folks with TDS would actually listen to what Trump said, they may agree with this suggestion. I don’t see why sending money directly to the states and bypassing all the red tape would be a bad thing. All that money paid to fema employees for salary, food, lodging, etc, could be given to the states.

  20. I agree, we should not be putting ANY effort in letting these people switch restrooms. They all have been using their assigned at birth sex restrooms since.....well, birth...... The majority of people agree with this.....
  21. HUH? There is already a law against sex with children. Also, I hope everyone of those 4200 allegations were investigated, and if found guilty, I would no problem with the death penalty,.....or even better, and eye for an eye.....cut that thing off. So, Perhaps there should be a law against going into the bathroom opposite your own sex.?

  23. Maybe, maybe not - You might see things and do things that work. Trump ran on changing the establishment. I don't see how a pro-solider attitude with combat training and excellent communication skills will be a bad thing. I think Trump should get to pick his staff.
