  1. Maybe this is what is taking issue with this country. We have a situation where a person could make a citizen's arrest, but instead reaches around her and opens the door and uses the outside of his left arm to prevent Jessie from pushing him. She was clearly guarding/blocking the door. Now you admitted she was wrong, it was proven she broke the law, and no legal charges were filed on Mike, yet you still blame him. If this country based on a set of Laws or emotions and feelings? There are several examples of cops getting blamed for being too aggressive in arresting someone breaking the law, but we seem to forget about who caused the confrontation in the first place. If you don't like the laws, fight to have them changed, but don't blame the innocent because of your personal opinion. and that is my humble opinion Quick link to the video for reference
  2. Possibly, but she was illegally blocking a door she had no business to block.
  3. Legally he did nothing wrong. He moved her, he didn't assault her.. And didn't she when passing strike him after the incident?
  4. I was having a discussion with some people on a Facebook group and some people claim "thug" is the new "N" word. So, that is really the only reason I can see you throwing that randomly in your post. Black people may think that, but I have heard that word since I was very young, and we used it as per the Webster dictionary. Let's also not forget, when a person with no criminal record or history decides to commit a mass murder, I would say he has mental problems...... When a guy with a long criminal record kills someone, he is a thug.... That is just my opinion, but see the difference?
  5. My bad.....after 3 paragraphs aingot bored.....
  6. I'm not sure what the point of this article is.....depends on who you believe.....all lives do matter, including cops
  7. Get's better and better....... Calvin's Lawsuit [Hidden Content]
  8. Not sure what guy you are talking about that followed boys around.....but the man had every legal right to move that woman out of the way......didn't she try to hit him after the door issue was over.....that woman has no class
  9. This is going to be awesome!! I can't wait for this circus to begin......
  10. I agree, and I was just joking around..... And the worst think you can tell an Atheist is they are going to hell. That cracks me up that they get so offended by what they should think of as an imaginary place. That would be like me getting offended if someone told me the boogie man was going to get me......
  11. I bet most Atheist would disagree with you
  12. This could be because they don't want to mix religion with government. While I think the founding fathers meant something different, not mixing Church and State has changed definitions over the years. So for me, I would not judge someone as an atheist based on how one would vote on political/Government issues.
  13. Bush supporter or dislike him so much you would get out to vote agianst him?
  14. I'm going with -10 All that running he is going to have to do in jail.......he will loose weight
  15. I think there is enough "slime" to to cover the politicians you vote for as well
  16. While I get why you said this and the point you were going for...... I have tried to argue in other forums "all lives matter" and the people that support "Black Lives Matter" don't care. They tend to believe that somehow cops are unfairly killing blacks, even thought numbers don't support their claim. So, for me personally, I think it's a little disrespectful to use this officers death as a chance to make a political point that will fall on death ears.
  17. Why are we reaching to find one person to "miss" something just to blame them instead of the person that screwed up? This amazes me......my 2nd cousin was shot in Alanta (23) because he was arguing with his gf and cops were called. He came downstairs with a gun, according to witnesses pointed it at him and then "raised it towards the officers".....he was killed.....and as much as I hate that, the blame lies with him even thinking about holding a gun around cops.......
  18. Probably to not make him a target......all the self proclaimed attorneys have painted him guilty.
  19. (E) Citizens need to not drive off when cop has detained them (F) Citizens should not attempt to take a police officers weapon.
  20. The self proclaimed "Facebook lawyers" are the ones that crack me up......
  21. You know, here is something to ponder. Like this case, the Sandra Bland case and almost all other cases, we tend to blame the police officers or the race of the victim or police officer. The fact remains most do not know the law. Maybe we need to educate the public what they have to do and what is legal. There has been a heated discussion on a Facebook page, and some people are saying if a cop pulls you over you do not have to get out of your vehicle. They claim it is an extension of your home and you don't have to "answer the door". There are too many self taught legal experts running around the internet giving false information that will get people killed. As for this particular case, the video is not clear enough for me still......I'm OK with letting the courts decide......The cop may or may not be guilty of murder, but this is one of those teaching lessons I talk to my 14 year old about.......do what the cop says......EVEN if he is wrong.....
  22. I knew there was something fishy going on.......
  23. So who gets to decide when a cops in fear of his life? Who get to decide when a civilian is in fear of his life?
