Tell me when he pushes her, before or after he goes for the door? What does he push her with? Who is the aggressor? Looks to me at .35 he goes for the door, then she appears to grab his hand, then she throws a shoulder, then he opens the door. It is clear as glass he was only attempting to go through the door, not cause a fight. She is guilty of that. As far as my wife or girlfriend getting shoved, I would not like it. My girlfriend would never block a public passage either. If he pushed her as I cannot see in the video, why were no charges filed?

Well, he is suing 37 people.....I would imagine he could make it 38. As how, I have no clue.....But even if he sued me separate, I don't want to have to hire an attorney to defend myself against a BS claim.... And I'm not sure about "wired up", but the Facebook page that him, Mike N. and Mike G. are on has been better than TV. Calvin will mouth off some stuff, then later deletes his post. Then someone will post they have screenshots, and he gets mad again......

For me the "thing" is Calvin and Jessie teaming up and throwing the slander/race card, when it has been proven that BISD had some criminals in it. Calvin and I had a "debate" on Facebook, and, in a round about way threatened to add me to the lawsuit. The dude is living on a different planet....

Maybe this is what is taking issue with this country. We have a situation where a person could make a citizen's arrest, but instead reaches around her and opens the door and uses the outside of his left arm to prevent Jessie from pushing him. She was clearly guarding/blocking the door. Now you admitted she was wrong, it was proven she broke the law, and no legal charges were filed on Mike, yet you still blame him. If this country based on a set of Laws or emotions and feelings? There are several examples of cops getting blamed for being too aggressive in arresting someone breaking the law, but we seem to forget about who caused the confrontation in the first place. If you don't like the laws, fight to have them changed, but don't blame the innocent because of your personal opinion. and that is my humble opinion Quick link to the video for reference

Legally he did nothing wrong. He moved her, he didn't assault her.. And didn't she when passing strike him after the incident?

I was having a discussion with some people on a Facebook group and some people claim "thug" is the new "N" word. So, that is really the only reason I can see you throwing that randomly in your post. Black people may think that, but I have heard that word since I was very young, and we used it as per the Webster dictionary. Let's also not forget, when a person with no criminal record or history decides to commit a mass murder, I would say he has mental problems...... When a guy with a long criminal record kills someone, he is a thug.... That is just my opinion, but see the difference?

While I think the founding fathers meant something different, not mixing Church and State has changed definitions over the years. So for me, I would not judge someone as an atheist based on how one would vote on political/Government issues.

​While I get why you said this and the point you were going for...... I have tried to argue in other forums "all lives matter" and the people that support "Black Lives Matter" don't care. They tend to believe that somehow cops are unfairly killing blacks, even thought numbers don't support their claim. So, for me personally, I think it's a little disrespectful to use this officers death as a chance to make a political point that will fall on death ears.
