  1.   Really, and how does this compare?   Try again.......and you never answered my question about betrayal......   Brief Fact Summary. The Defendant, Curtiss-Wright (Defendant), a weapons manufacturer, was convicted of selling arms to warring nations in South America in violation of an Executive Order that was made pursuant to a Joint Resolution of Congress. Synopsis of Rule of Law. The non-delegation doctrine does not bar Congress from delegating great authority and discretion to the President of the United States (the President) in the conduct of foreign affairs.   Synopsis of Rule of Law. The non-delegation doctrine does not bar Congress from delegating great authority and discretion to the President of the United States (the President) in the conduct of foreign affairs.   Facts. Congress passed a Joint Resolution authorizing the President to ban the sales of arms to countries involved in the border dispute between Bolivia and Paraguay. The President immediately made an Executive Order banning such sales. The Defendant was indicted for conspiracy to sell fifteen machine guns to Bolivia in violation of the Joint Resolution and the Executive Order.   [Hidden Content]
  2.   Then we agree.   120 yards with a pistol is a pretty good shot.....but if professional, why not rifle?
  3.   What does it tell you?   It tells me the guy was a pretty good shot and waited for the right time.....   If we are going for conspiracy theories, what if several of the protesters were in on it and knew where to open the shooting lane?    So far, the cops have been right in all of Holders investigations......I doubt this will be any different.....   P.S.  That guy is an idiot and someone needs to exercise their freedom and beat the crap out of him.
  4.   I know I'm wasting my time....and I know you have not even read the letter, so I will provide a link for you to make it almost painless.   [Hidden Content]   Could you tell us where they betray their country?   All I see is an explanation of how our constitution works.....
  5. Well, I know Big Girl won't admit it, but you just schooled me. I was informed on the definition of Treason, but had never had any reason to read up on the Logan Act. Great post as always TVC
  6. I can't believe no one else has commented on this. This is absolutely fantastic! I raised my son never to be a bully....I can only pray I raised my Son to do this if the situation ever comes up.
  7.     Slow down.....I'm typically not part of "you guys" ;)   There are a few people that question his birth certificate.....Because he's black?  Maybe.......or maybe because they don't like his policies and are looking for way to get him out.   My stance, I don't like his policies. I think his thought process is flawed and he is doing a horrible job. I just paid $1000.00 in insurance cost to have some test run on my son. It ended up being nothing serious(infection) but before Obamacare, my deductible was $250.000, not $750.00 and insurance paid 90%, not 80%.   Now, the fact remains it is mathmatically impossible for him to have become President without the majority of the white populatuions vote.  So, either all those white have realized they disagree with his policies.....OR they realized they were racist and he was black.....to me, the first seems more reasonable.
  8. Bush was blamed for the levies breaking....blamed for the Iraq war....
  9. I thought President Bush was white......but he MUST be black based on your logic.
  10. Browns family, the media and the race baiters are all to blame in this.....sad
  11.   So, I'm not sure I buy the entire global warming theory, but ever think it was adjusted because it might have been wrong?
  12.   While I may not agree with everything, I applaud and welcome a different point of view. Some of the posters here do not realize how boring this forum will be if everyone thinks the same.   Hope you hang around
  13.   Does not appear to be enlighhtened based on what I can see.
  14.   [Hidden Content]   First email sent 2008....so, roughly 7 years worth of emails to find 7 emails each containing a racist joke. They have 72 officers, so let's say each employee only sent two emails a day. That would be 367,920 emails over 7 years.....after all that searching .01% of all emails were found racist.    Racism is wrong....no one should be treated unfairly because of the color of their skin.   While some jokes are in bad taste, I hear black comedians tell white racial jokes, and white comedians tell black racial jokes.......the common denominator is they are "jokes".....   I agree they should of been fired for being stupid and using poor judgement. To make a claim they would treat blacks unfairly because of a couple email jokes......I'm not convinced and I think they are blowing this up to save face......
  15. EnlightenedMessiah seems to be bringing up some good questions.   I do have a few atheist friends who like to call people stupid for believing in God.......at the same time they would get offended when people say they will burn in Hell.......
  16.   Very surprised he came out with this stance.   Looks like the man has some guts
  17.   They actually did before and during Obama's term.....   Ten Steps to Transform Health Care in America Act (S. 1783) introduced by Senator Mike Enzi (R-WY) July 12, 2007. Every American Insured Health Act introduced by Senators Richard Burr (R-NC) and Bob Corker (R-TN) with co-sponsors Tom Coburn (R-OK), Mel Martinez (formerly R-FL) and Elizabeth Dole (formerly R-NC) on July 26, 2007. Senators Bob Bennett (R-UT) and Ron Wyden (D-OR) introduced the Healthy Americans Act on January 18, 2007 and re-introduced the same bill on February 5, 2009. Patients’ Choice Act of 2009 introduced by Senators Tom Coburn (R-OK) and Richard Burr (R-NC) and Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI) and Devin Nunes (R-CA) on May 20, 2009. H.R. 2300, Empowering Patients First Act introduced July 30, 2009 by Rep. Tom Price (R-GA). Now keep in mind when Obama was trying to pass the bill, Republican's tried to negotiate and had asked for meetings.......Obama would have nothing to do with it......   That's why it was named Obamacare.......He owns it.     [Hidden Content]
  18.   Not really a fair observation or proposal......The President will probably veto anything they run across his desk. No way will he let a viable solution replace his baby.....
  19. I don't see medicare/medicade going away. If Obamacare does go away, it will have to be replaced with something, no way the left will rest with no public health care.   Why not reform the medicare system......
